Dan, since you've had some time to experience typical subscriber 'stick' rates for your member forum, what percent are you seeing?

I've read the typical membership site holds people on average for 3 months or less
.....are you seeing about the same..better...or worse?

I ask because that would be how I personally evaluate realistic residual income.

2- Average conversion % rate of free sign ups from the sales page ?
3- Average % of free signs ups that actually continue with membership after the 2 week free trial period ?

Hi Bruce,

Since I've added the ability for members to create blogs, upload videos, share articles and files, "Tweet" from inside the members area and much much more.. I've seen a much better "stick" rate than your average 3 months. We rarely see people drop out now.

1- more than 3 months
2/3 - I cannot give a realistic conversion rate as many of the new members are subscribed to my affiliates (which could be you!), however based on my own marketing campaigns the number of free sign ups from the sales page is over 40% and those that stay on board from teh 40% are around 90%.
