Steve: It changes the junkwords like "an, the, if, or" and a lot of other non essential words to code for you automatically. Words that Google doesn't lay a lot of weight on to force it to read more relevant words in your post. Thus it also tricks it into thinking it is unique. And ranking it even if the same content is on that page from an originating site etc. Good thing about it is it automatically does it.

There are some plugins people have done that actually presents different posts to the bot than a human based on htaccess changes or bot IPs, etc...This shows the same post to a human as it does to the bot. Which I think is a bit better. Because you can make mistakes on detecting a bot. If you do that and one day Google comes and sees one variation...next day it sees another...flag goes up.

Once your testing it out you will see that you can get some pretty crazy results 8)

Can i set options regarding how much % is this plugin unique.

Hi seomaster,

it doesn't rewrite the words with synonyms. When you're reading the post after posting it on your blog it will read exactly the same as the original content on the other site (or wherever you get the content).

The difference is in the source code, which is what google looks at when visiting a website.

If you go to Burly Beef - Beefy Internet Marketing Tools and look at the source code for that page, you will see all the small words replaced with their ASCII equivalent.

e.g. the word "of" is replaced with "of". That's why Google wont see it as duplicate content.

If that's not clear, try looking at the source code of the content on the original site, then look at the source code of your own site after using Content Blender.

lol, I just read my reply and it converted the ascii code into the correct word. the ascii codes should look like "& # 111 & # 102" without the spaces. Those two codes are for the letter 'o' and 'f'.

One thing I have noticed, the Google Sitemap Generator plugin fails to rebuild properly if the Content Blender plugin is activated. I'm using the latest versions of Wordpress and plugins. I need to deactivate the plugin to rebuild the sitemap.

I hope this can be fixed.

Oh I hope he feels better today. Hate getting sick. Has anyone had issues with blogs hosted on hostmonster? After installing the Iocube Loaders CB still doesn't recognize them and the plugin won't activate. It gives a fatal php error. The plugin with my blog on Hostgator seems to be working fine.

I have tried this plugin on another of my blogs, activated plugin, rebuilt the sitemap and it seems to have worked ok. So I went back to the blog that I had a problem on and it alse seems to be working now. Not sure what was going on, maybe the server was doing something when I tried it last.

The plugin essentially removes the "junk words" from the posts...so, you are not going to have 100% unique content, but you will have content that is unique to other people that are pulling the same feeds to their blogs...

We could easily have the plugin convert every word in the posts, but from out testing, the content didn't rank as high when we did that. This is something that we have literally tested to death over the past months.

This seems like a really neat idea, perfect for auto blogs.

However, am I right in thinking it's black hat? It presents one set of content/code for the search engines and another for readers. The intent is to mislead the search engines which, I think, is against G's policy.

Just asking as it's a great idea and very tempting but I'd like to know.

Anything that you do to manipulate your rankings in the search engine is BlueFart...Building your own links, keyword stuffing, etc...

So, the fact that this has helped us increase our rankings, by definition it would be considered BlueFart.

I'm saying that by definition, anything you do to increase your search engine rankings intentionally is BlueFart...

With that being said, if you wish to conduct your internet marketing business purely whitehat, you might consider not doing the following things anymore.

Keyword research
link building
Social Bookmarking
Rss Feeds
etc...

Seriously, the plugin alters the source code of the content that you are posting to your blog. If anyone considers that BlueFart, then this isn't the plugin for them. At the same time, you might consider disabling the related post plugin, sitemap generator, and any other plugin that exists for the purpose of increasing your rankings or getting Google to visit your site

This isnt a personal go at either of you because
you should know that I have been in all of your bootcamps
and have the greatest repect for both of you.

Your knowledge passed on in these bootcamps has
helped me tremendously which I will be forever grateful.

What I am saying is there are certain methods like the ones
you mentioned keyword research etc which I would
say could never be considered BlueFart.

Who knows perhaps I am wrong on that matter but thats
how I see it.

On the other hand perhaps this plugin is not so.

Now as someone who listens to your advice, I am
guided by what you say and all that I am saying is
that when any product is advised as a good method to
use then perhaps a word of warning would mean the difference
between some people using that method and some
not.

Of course there are going to be grey areas and I like a lot
of people would probably try these, but as reputations take
a long time to establish and only a few seconds to ruin that
is the only reason I would tend to stay clear of any 100%
black hat methods.

This is only my personal view and I know many would disagree
after all that is what life is about we all have our own judgements
and values that we live by.

Anyway this is only my opinion on this one product and I will
always look at other products you unveil as I know that both
you guys are excellent at this business we are in.

I have not tested it...although it should because the hooks it uses are relatively new starting in 2.7...well last release of 2.6 line...2.6.5 or .7 forget what the last one was where the hooks were introduced that this uses. Wordpress changes versions like you change underwear lol.
