Well, it depends on the competivenes of the keyword

For up to medium keywords it's really the quick process

For the high and very-hifgh competition there will be a little bit more time.

Well, it depends on the competition of the targeted keyword. For high competition there will be a little bit more work involved but anyway alot quicker than with the traditional SEO.
