The package consists of an Excel spreadsheet with three columns -

1) The URL of the internal ranked page
2) The Page Rank of the internal page
3) The Page Rank of the main domain.

I am giving it to you in a spreadsheet because I want it to be flexible for you. I want you to be able to sort it by whatever factors you like, to filter it, to copy and paste portions of it that you want to send to outsourcers, etc.

I know it's easier to copy and pass around this way, but it's also easier to use. And if it comes down to it, I'd rather things be easier for you than me. Also, I'm hoping that there's so much value for the money that people just won't feel the need to steal it.

HOW DID YOU COMPILE THIS INFORMATION?

I compiled the list with a combination of software and plugins, most of which I had coders make for me.

I start by identifying a source - a place that lets people leave comments that include a Do Follow link. Some of them only become Do Follow after you've reached a certain level of participation, and on some you need to use the html editor to leave a signature in your actual comment, but there is the potential for Do Follow at all of them. Some of these are blogs, some are forums, some are review-type sites.

I then locate the exact phrase for that particular site that indicates the page is open for comments. Lastly, I use the software and plugins to collect the pages and their ranks which are indexed for that domain which are still open for comments. For forums, I do a manual check of the collected pages to make sure that the thread has not progressed beyond one page (in which case, your link would not go on the ranked page).

WHAT SETS THIS APART FROM OTHER SOURCES, LIKE DO FOLLOW SEARCH ENGINES, BLOG COMMENTING SOFTWARE, OR THE DO FOLLOW LIST?

The frustrating thing about Do Follow search engines and the Do Follow list is that it's almost impossible to keep them up to date - and with blog commenting software, many times the results are falsely identified as Do Follow because there aren't any hyperlinked comments on the post that is returned. So you have to click on each link, hunt around the blog for posts with linked comments, and determine if the blog is still Do Follow. Not to mention, finding those high ranking blogs can be a challenge. Lastly, when you do finally find a high ranked blog that is Do Follow, you have to search through the entire thing looking for pages that already have PR.

That's a heck of a lot of tedious work. With this offer, I've done all of that for you.

@tommygadget It's not really like Angela and Paul's packets...it's not a membership, it's just one packet. Also, it's not a PDF with instructions on what to do for each site. It's a list of internal ranked pages on the sites.

It's basically for people who prefer to leave a link on a page on any given site that already has PR in and of itself.

How much difference that makes is debated by some people, but I know a lot of people prefer it - so I thought, hey...why not feed that desire?

OH! And yes, I do plan to cap it. I forgot that part when writing the original post. I will only sell 100 as part of the WSO. @jamesjoin It's over 2,000 pages upon which it's possible to leave a link - it obviously wouldn't have a lot of value to leave a link on every single page to the same page or even domain - but you can spread them out over multiple domains, or you can filter them by domain PR or page PR - or you can use the Excel search function to search for posts on a topic you want to link to.

@akogo Great! I can't vouch for every single page in the spreadsheet not being moderated, but I will say that I have left a comment on every one of the domains and not run into moderation.

Melanied, I am interested in buying your packet. I wanted to ask you whether you have used the links in the packet for your websites and did you see noticeable difference in web rankings?

Another question is if so many people begin leaving their links on these pages, would it not lose effectiveness? And can we leave multiple links on the pages for all our websites?

I hope I am not being too bothersome asking so many questions.

@anwar - I have commented on the pages with links to my own sites. However, I am constantly leaving links back to my sites from many different sources, so it would be impossible to narrow down the effects of just these links. I think if you leave links from any one type of page (blog, forum, etc) exclusively, that's not a good idea. These links should be used as part of a rich and varied linking profile.

RE: lots of people leaving links on the pages - it's true, if they started to become overwhelmed with comments, they wouldn't be as effective. But with only a limited number being sold, and over 2,000 pages in the list, that kind of rush of links isn't going to happen.

Can I ask a question? I don't know much about backlinks only what I've read in a John Rhodes interview pdf, so am unsure what I do with a package such as yours I gather just leaving any old comment is not the idea. Could you advise me if there is a pdf that shows me how to use the backlinks packages wisely. Otherwise I would have no problem buying your wso it's sounds excellant value.

I don't have a PDF per se, but here are the basics:

- You must read the blog post and make a thoughtful comment. That is key. Kind of like how your Mom always said, "If you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all." In this instance, if you can't say anything that adds to the level of discourse, don't say anything at all.

Some blogs allow you to leave anchor text as your name in the comment, some don't. You need to get a feel for what's appropriate at each blog before commenting if you want to use anchor text.

Also, since there are so many pages listed for each blog in the spreadsheet, you will want to choose a few for each project that suit you best - either because of Page Rank, or because of the content of the post (relevancy).

Hmmmm...I'm trying to think of the best way to copy and paste.

You're talking about copying the URL into the URL bar, right?

What I do is import the whole thing into Google Docs, and then a little button appears next to each cell containing a hyperlink that opens that link in a new tab when you click it.

Otherwise, you would indeed be manually copying and pasting each page you wanted to check out...

Yes thankyou that does help, it sounds like quite a bit of thought and care has to go into gaining each link from any page, for each individual website. I imagine there is a bit of art to leaving comments at each place.

What niches do the links cover and will it really matter for SEO purposes?

They really cover a wide, wide range of topics. A couple of the sites are internet and technology centered, there is a large site about restaurants and one about food. Then, there are also a couple of blogs which are personal blogs, so the topics cover anything and everything going on in those peoples' lives - movies, family, music, work...you name it!

As far as whether relevency has bearing on SEO, that's been debated by a lot of people more knowledgable than I. Personally, I've always gone by the rule of thumb that a link is great, if it's relevant even better. But if the topics aren't related, it won't stop me from leaving the link. It seems to have served me well. Your mileage may vary.
