It certainly shows you the mechanics of creating conduit sites, but it also teaches you how to generate ideas/niches for your sites and how to generate traffic to make it a profitable business. But to answer your question directly, you can create your sites with either WP or HTML.


@ Dave: Thanks for your interest! In a nutshell, a conduit site is a special form of affiliate review site, but it is a much more effective strategy than traditional review sites. The reason I did not describe it in detail is because this is a proprietary strategy that Chris Rempel sells on his site. Here's the sales page: VIP Confessions - The Conduit Method. It is also available in the private War room forum. I actually created this product with the assumption that the customer has already read and understand Chris' report. If you don't have it yet, I do highly recommend it. It is a short read of a very powerful strategy.

@ Charles White: Here are answers to your questions:

1. The example site I showed in the video has brought in $3,500+ in commissions since its creation 8 months ago. It also ranks on the first page of Google for a number of product keywords (including a VERY popular product in the niche) - all from nothing more than the 2 hours spent to create and promote the site from scratch. If you would like the specifics, send me a PM and I'll forward you the proof. I would rather not disclose the niche on the thread.

I understand your concern with modifying an existing system. The truth is that none of Chris' core principles were modified at all - I simply made implementing the system MUCH easier and quicker. The best way to put is that if you see one of my sites you will not distinguish it apart from other Conduit sites, but you can be sure that my site was created in no more than 3 hours of my own time whereas if you follow the original Conduit report it will probably take a a few days at least.

2. The average cost per site is $238 once you get the system running. But as I showed in the course, it's literally a no-brainer because even if some of your sites dosn't generate that much commissions on its own, you can easily sell them for $500+ with the content and level of traffic they will get from our efforts.

I'm interested in this. I have one concern however. How many of your own sites that you have made with this system are not earning anything at all? I mean, one site COULD earn $3,500 while others could earn $0.00 so I'm trying to see the minimum we could earn for each site.

@JB: I have personally only sold one of my sites because it simply wasn't pulling anything for a few months despite steady traffic of around 1,300 visitors. I sold it for $600 and spent around $240 to make it.

In the course I outlined a quite strict niche and product selection process, and if your chosen niche meets the criteria then most likely your site will make SOME commissions since you will have already made sure that there is plenty of interest in the niche and people in this niche are actually buying online (which is a very important point). When you combine that with a targeted 1,000 - 2,000 visitors per month your sites generally get, it's rare for a site to not make anything at all.

That said, the site I created in the course is one of my strongest sites. To be honest I have quite a few sites making around $50 - $100/month and perhaps a commission only once a week, but since it's so quick to build these things and they are all set-and-forget, the cumulative income adds up quite impressively.

Just a couple of questions for you mate, how many sites do you have and what monthly income are they producing?

What is the success rate of these sites, please be specific. Like what percentage of sites make you less than $200 a month that you create.

Does this video show you outsourcing it, or creating it yourself?

The problem I ran into with the Conduit method is the generic domains that Chris recommended we use. Not having the product name keyword in the domain creates a TON more work in terms of SEO to rank

Is your course the same in that you build 10-20 pages sites with a generic domain name?

I ask because all of my NMOC type sites rank above conduit sites for the specific keyword product I am targeting and because of that, I stayed away from Conduit sites. Trying to get all of those products names to rank in google with a generic domain is just really tough and a lot of work...even for longtails with not a lot of competition

Any thoughts?

I have 20+ sites running right now. That doesn't sound like much but all of them were put together within the same month last summer and I haven't touched any of them since. (I go to school full time September-April and I don't do much IM during that time) Right now 7 of them are "slow but steady" performers that do an average of $100 / month. The others are all over the place but they average around $400 / month. If you want a better idea, when you have them combined my sites bring in anywhere between 10 - 30 sales per day.

The video shows step-by-step the entire system which consists of 1) how to set up the first 2 review pages yourself and 2) how to outsource the rest down to the word-to-word correspondence with your freelancer. I made sure that nothing is left out.

@ Mark: I understand what you mean - the method you described of targeting a specific keyword per site is a different approach than the Conduit method. With Conduits you essentially don't worry about rankings for any specific keywords, but rather rely on what Chris calls "moderate search engine visibility" for a large number of long-tail keywords for which dedicated buyers dig deep into results to find what they are looking for.

But to answer your question, I've never experimented with targeting specific keywords. However with this system I outline a promotional method that can get a couple thousands visitors per month quite easily - and in my opinion simplifies much of the hard work you speak of.

I like both of Chris' products. But if you want to get off to a quicker start, then the Conduit report would be your better choice since it's only 13 pages long and wastes no time to get to the good stuff. His main ebook covers a lot more ground, is more comprehensive, and tells you the logic behind his whole system. It's a great read, but you don't need it for this WSO.

Hi Jason,

If you are to do everything yourself, it would probably take a couple of days per site or more, depending on how fast you work and how well you endure boredom - as some of the tasks are quite a chore.

As for promotion, it would probably take another day or so if you do everything by hand.

And YES, they are full autopilot sites that require no maintenance whatsoever.

I forgot to add that, in one of the posts I made above I mentioned that the costs of outsourcing could easily be offset if some of your sites turn out to bomb. Here it is:
