I'm right now in the process of attacking niches, I'm done with the keyword research and I've written a couple of articles for each niche to test the waters. Now it's time soon to create my sites, I'm sure I can pick up some valuable nuggets in your reports.

One question, it seems like you like to target IM product launches. How are your experiences with regular popular (saturated!?) niches like going green or losing weight and so on. Do you focus on the IM Product Launches or do you promote all kinds of niches?

Okay, as to your question. The reason I target the IM niche here on the WF is that there are a lot of people who want to do that (or that is my impression). Maybe next week I will set up a couple blogs and push something in the non-IM niche just for an example.

Somewhere, maybe in the video... I'm not sure where I mentioned it, but actually most of my biggest sales have come from the education niche. I used to be a math and chem teacher, and I've written over 40 books and ebooks in that niche. That's how I got started. A few years ago I produced an $1,195 video product for teachers and that really exploded things.

Mario, I guess what I would say is that people get involved in niches they have a passion for. You know, if it's not fun it really isn't worth doing. Areas like the weight loss niche are really tough, even with my planner--just because there is so much competition.

But one thing I always tell people is not to get discouraged by competition, it means there is money there. Another thing, when you go through the results for any search terms, even in competitive niches, 70% of the pages showing in Google are plain junk--and no one is going to buy from them--so there is actually less competition than there appears.

Excellent question Anwar! All of the files are PDF files, there are no videos.

STEP I: Read the introductory PDF file to see how the system will work for you.

STEP II: Print out the pages from Module II and put them into a ring binder (or folder). This becomes your Master Notebook where you will record general information I show you that relates to all products you may promote.

STEP III: Print out the pages from Module III and put them into a folder. You will want one folder for each product yo have a pre-sell, review, or sales page up for. These pages guide you in doing specific things for each specific product to get them higher search engine listings, more traffic, and more sales.

STEP IV: Modules IV and V are short instruction manuals showing how to use the notebook and folders you set up.

STEP VI: The War Machine PDF file is the longest. It shows you how to use the information I show you how to collect to beat out your competition in the search engines, how to get more traffic, and this of course should lead to more sales.

Most of the examples I use are from the Internet marketing niche, but you can use this to help promote products in any niche at all.

A lot of people (none of you folks) will find a niche, set up a pre-sell page for a product and hope to get some traffic from the search engines. Maybe the write a few articles.

But the key is to get to the point where you can promote many, many products simultaneously and constantly be promoting them all to keep the traffic and sales coming in. Ya know, I never thought about that. It would be a good idea. One problem is that I create most of my stuff on a Mac and I don't have Word on my Mac so I'd have to dump it into my PC somehow. Since there is a lot of formatting involved on the pages it would take some time to get it down just right.

It's late and I'm getting dopey tired. Let me think about it in the morning. It's not something I could do immediately, but if it makes sense to me I'll make sure to get you a copy ASAP for the suggestion.

Hi JP, I know--people ask me about that. Actually they are both me. The preppy looking guy was me 20 years ago when I was teaching. I had the photo taken for some reason and wanted to get my money's worth. The long-haired version is me now. I know it's a scarier looking me, but I just decided one night I would snap off a quickie and give people a glimpse of the real me. I just haven't updated the picture in everything.
