I got a copy of this and while I don't want to answer for Tony, I can say that the guide includes several alternative ways to make money, only one (that I remember) of which requires technical skills.

I was very impressed with this guide. It was well-written and the info was complete enough that you could in fact get going without any additional help. Mostly it was very simple, yet complete.

With how easy it is to become overwhelmed today with information, I think that this guide would be excellent for both beginners or someone who wants to focus not on making a huge killing, but getting some additional income reliably. You can read the whole guide in one sitting and like I said, while short, it seems to me to have everything you need to get started.

Since getting started is often the toughest part of any job, I'd recommend it to anyone who meets the Thread Title -- Not Making Money? -- I am, in fact making money, but am looking for some newbie ideas for a couple friends who recently got laid off. Since there is so much variation in the quality of advice about making money online, I wanted to check out anything before I recommended it to them. I will definitely recommend this as one option to them.

Joe, to answer your questions,
1. There are certain methods in the guide that do involve article writing, however they are not related to Facbook or any social network.
2. With most of the methods, you would get paid with PayPal directly by the clients, some other methods would get you paid by the sites specified in the guide.
3. Only 1 method out of the 8 requires medium to advanced computer skills. (You don't need to be an IT professional though, just have a good understanding of issues like security, how the file system works on Windows, how to create backups, etc.) All the other methods only require the following:
- Basic English skills
- Ability to use a computer
- Brain, mind, head, or similar device.
