I understand the skepticism and doubt. I was once a huge skeptic myself. Then, my last semester in college, out of desperation to try and help me boost my grades I bought a hypnosis cassette that was supposed to help me with my grades, I listened to it everyday for a couple of months - and voila!!! - I received straight A's for the semester!

I have made similar experiences

It's funny, I always fall asleep in the relaxation part lol. Then I wake up
at the end and go back to the part where we picture our future reality.

I'm way more focused now as well and I don't get distracted as easily as
before.

No problems there RaShon... that's quite normal - you're actually entering a very deep trance state - then experiencing hypnotic amnesia (that just means you're forgetting what's said).

It's OK to listen with it at times without allowing yourself to relax, so you can consciously be aware of the affirmations. Some people will play it while working - and they say it keeps them in a very focused state while working.

Never worry about "falling asleep" with hypnosis though as your subconscious mind never sleeps - and it will still pick up the positive affirmation.

The key is to keep listening everyday as repetition creates habits.

Hey Steve,

I have a quick question.

I started listening to the hypnosis program yesterday, once in AM and once at night, then this morning again, while relaxing.
In addition I listened to it about 5 times on a row, while I was working on the internet business. I can tell already that I was able to focus more, but I also developed a twitch on my right eye after listening to it while working on the computer. It has been over an hour that stopped listening, and I still have the twitch, although not as bad.

Is that normal? Can I still listen to it while working in the computer?

The twitch has nothing to do with hypnosis per se. What is happening is the hypnosis is helping your body to become unstressed and relaxed more. You just have an overly stressed/tired eye muscle that is overfiring (maybe from monitor eye strain). You're aware of it now because as the other muscles in that part of your body have begun to become more relaxed than they had been in a while - you've got one little muscle that hasn't quite gotten relaxed yet - and now you notice it. No worries - it will naturally subside soon as that muscle learns to relax with the rest of you.

It may be a bit irritating or annoying now, but should soon subside.

The twitch has remained on and off. It is actually interesting to know what causes it. I have listened to meditation programs in the past, and I have gotten twitches on the same eye and on my left thumb.

I am glad the twitch happened because it validates the fact that the program is working, or at least is relaxing me...(except for my right eye)...

It lasts about 30 minutes.

If a person is too busy to play it during the day - they can also play it when they sleep at night and just let it play again and again all night long (called power programming) - then you wake up SUPER MOTIVATED to go KICK BUTT!

Just tried it out and damn was i relaxed... only thing is im going really tired and then really alert.

It reminds me of frank kerns idea about imagining your success before you etc and make goals but this is way better... am looking forward to doing this again in the morning i was well relaxed.

In addition I listened to it about 5 times on a row, while I was working on the internet business. I can tell already that I was able to focus more, but I also developed a twitch on my right eye after listening to it while working on the computer. It has been over an hour that stopped listening, and I still have the twitch, although not as bad. Is that normal? Can I still listen to it while working in the computer? Thanks, Mayra

I have listened to meditation programs in the past, and I have gotten twitches on the same eye and on my left thumb. I am glad the twitch happened because it validates the fact that the program is working, or at least is relaxing me...(except for my right eye)... I am still listening...LOL Thanks, Mayra

I haven't fallen asleep while listening to the audio but I am getting a good, restful sleep at night from day 1 and I haven't been able to sleep well ever since my husband lost his job a few months back. I also feel more relaxed during the day and this has helped me to focus more and not jump around from project to project. Can't wait to see how it affects me after a few weeks of listening.
