You're asking the wrong question.

Within just 1-2 hours you could be driving targeted traffic to your niche web site or blog. If you have a good marketing funnel in place, you could easily start adding people to your list -- because they'll be targeted.

The actual conversions you get depend on many factors. For example, how good are your squeeze pages? How much competition do you face? How well does your sales page convert? How good is your auto-responder, and pre-sales sequence? Is you're blog content smart and will your new Twitter Followers care about what you're saying?

I know a few people who sell services through Twitter. More than 50% of their total revenue comes directly through their relationships on Twitter. I'm talking about stuff that costs $300-400 per hour. And remember, they also build their prospect every single day (on Twitter and off).
