This is kind of freaky...I was in the middle of reading my email & I got this thought that just entered into my mind out of no where....the thought was that I should harness my subconscious with a subliminal audio.

2- How loud should I listen to it
3- When you say: Make sure you're not interrupted while listening. Can I still work when I listen to the track? What should a person do or not do?

Hi Jean,

Good questions... Here're the answers:

1- YES, you need headphones for it to be effective
2- Only loud enough where you can barely hear a voice in the background
3- Yes, work, play, DO TAI CHI or meditate... just DO NOT DRIVE a car or operate machinery... it is a trance state, even if you think you're awake, you're in trance
4- Liten to it as often as you wish, though it's best if you start with the 20 minutes in the morning.
5- At least once in the morning. The BEST time would be right when you wake up, because you're in a deep trance right then anyway. And right before bed... the Unconscious mind is like a digital delay (echo chamber), it likes to repeat anything it hears, sees, feels (anything that bypasses that critical faculty, that is)... so if you listen to it at night, your Unconscious Mind can integrate the information while you sleep!

I'm very interested and I have a few questions. Regardless of your answers, I'm still going to purchase right now and give it a go.

1. Do you include a listing of the affirmations that are being listened to? In other words,
what are the words in the affirmations.

Since three affirmations are being "overlayed" and presented simultaneously and since subliminal affirmation recordings are barely discernable, it seems unlikely that a listener could tell what affirmations are being programmed/installed into their subconscious.

2. This is related to my first question... is there just one set of 3 affirmations that are
played over and over? Or, are there multiple sets of different affirmations on the recording?
Again my interest is knowing what the words of the affirmations are.

3. If this process actually works for me, I'd be interested in using the technolgy to create
custom affirmations.
- Any plans to expand this and allow customers to choose their own affirmations?
