| Protect Your Confidential And Proprietary Information With A Nondisclosure Agreement! Don't Let Freelance, Contract or Temporary Workers Profit From Your Business Methods, Your Marketing Strategies, And Your Know-How As If It Were Their Own. Dear Warrior and Offline Marketing Consultant, If you're new to offline consulting or have been involved in the business for a while, you've likely developed sales and marketing plans or business processes that are generating new leads for you every day. Or, maybe you are in the middle of developing a new marketing strategy and you don't want your competition to get wind of it before it's implemented. However, to do business, some of your best ideas will be seen by employees, freelance, contract or temporary workers and potential business partners alike, leaving your proprietary property exposed to theft. You need to protect yourself and your business. Your financial information, customer lists, methods of doing business, trade secrets and other information are valuable intellectual property to your business. But navigating the laws required to protect your business interests can be tricky and cost you lots of money! Every business should have a standard protective confidentiality agreement (also known as a nondisclosure agreement or NDA). Everyone who has access to your trade secrets should sign a nondisclosure agreement. Having an attorney draft the paperwork for you for every circumstance, however, can get expensive. Attorneys can charge $250 and higher for such an agreement. So how do you protect your business assets...those intangible things that make your cash register ring and not break the bank? Avoid Proprietary Property Theft With Your Own DIY Forms You don't have to pay a fortune to attorneys to get the protection you need for your business. This is so timely! Although I've known about and used NDAs in the past I'm certain your WSO is going to help fill in some of the missing blanks I had. Peoples' creativity and intellectual property is something that needs to be stewarded and NDAs are an important part of that process. This guide and sample NDA are great additions to ones' toolbox and the price point makes it affordable. |
