I ordered 3 articles on September 27th to try out this service. I was doing some Halloween themed things and figured a 10 day turn around would put me right where I wanted to be with EzineArticles approval process to have the articles coming out in early to mid October.

It took awhile before I got an update, I had to email and request an update when I didn't hear anything. But, Michael answered my inquiry personally and doubled my order to 6 articles total at no extra charge for running behind schedule due to increased orders, and let me know they hired and trained some new article writers as well to take on the backlog.

I received my first set of 3 articles on October 15th and I started seeing directory submissions on the 17th. I'm hoping that they'll get through the EZ process before the end of the month, but that's hit or miss with EA.

All that said, the article writing quality was good and the price is extremely reasonable. Overall, I'm happy with what I received and the customer response was good once I asked for an update.

I think someone else mentioned having some sort of reply update system in place, and I think that would be nice to see added in the future. I will definitely use the service again and I'm budgeting it into my monthly marketing plan.

I've used this service a number of times and have been happy with it but my latest order has been delayed repeatedly and now it has been a month even though emails have gone out to regular customers like myself soliciting even more orders.

Assurances that we can now handle more orders because we have more writers doesn't begin to explain why an order that should have taken a week to ten days is now going on 30+ days with still no articles to show for it, let alone distribution.

The service is good but the delays are significant enough to steer even good customers to other options until Michael can show that his ETAs are backed by actual completed work.

Update: I have since received all requested articles and await submissions which I assume are under way.
