I recently placed an order of 20 articles with 99 cent articles. I was given a delivery date but when the time came to deliver the articles were not completed. Michael apologized and promised to deliver them within a day or two, which he then did.

When I received the articles, some articles were not up to scratch and after complaining, Michael apologized and notified me that the team was fired (they caused problems previously as well) and that my articles will be ready withing 48 hours. Michael kept to his word again and I was happy with my articles.

To my real surprise, a week or two later, I received 10 new articles which I didn't ask for, because Michael felt bad about what happened, and to say thank you for my patience.

I am mentioning this, because I have found many people rather blame someone else or look for excuses. My experience with Michael was completely different. He never blamed anyone, apologized, investigated what happened and then made sure I got my articles within the shortest time possible after that.

I can state today that the service I received from 99 Cent Articles were the best you will receive anywhere. These guys are very busy because they are doing a fantastic job, but even so, when problems do arise, they always respond immediately or within a few hours(not days), and then give your problem the highest priority to make sure you as the client are happy.

As a last point. My experience with Michael from 99 Cent Articles is, if he promise or give you his word, you can take it, he always delivers.

My biggest complaint is that you continue to tell people it will be 7 days for delivery. It has been 13 days since my order and no articles or articles submissions yet. If you are behind in the work you should adjusted the delivery timeline on this thread until you catch up. It's very hard for me to do business like this.

Okay, here's my objective review for this service.

1. Purchase process - The site works fine and is clear. The order reference number is nice to have. The only thing missing is setting expectations around delivery time frames for the articles. More on that below.

2. Communications - Michael always responds promptly and courteously to inquiries, either on this forum or via email

3. Promptness - My articles took a while to be delivered. This appears to be the experience with many on this thread. I was quoted 7 days for 75 articles but it took more than 18 days to just get just 28 (and I am still waiting for all of them). To be fair, there was an error in my order so they had to go back and correct them. They haven't posted to directories yet but I'll advise on that as well.

4. Article quality - The topics of each the articles is varied well but the english grammar is very, very poor. Obviously, not written but an English speaking native. I would not recommend these for actual readers or to generate sales from articles. If you are just looking to post articles for SEO backlinks then they will probably be okay. I am concerned whether the article directories will accept these (in particular ezinearticles) but we'll see.

From what I've read the work is quality but judging by these posts it appears that it takes you weeks to complete basic orders. I cannot deal with major delays. If you give me a date I expect it to be complete by that date unless the reason is extreme and justifiable. I don't need them to be submitted to any directories. I just want the articles written. With that said what would be the turnaround time for 10 articles 400 words in the acne niche if order placed today?

Quality and Original Articles For Less Than 99 Cents! Okay, here's my objective review for this service. 1. Purchase process - The site works fine and is clear. The order reference number is nice to have. The only thing missing is setting expectations around delivery time frames for the articles. More on that below. 2. Communications - Michael always responds promptly and courteously to inquiries, either on this forum or via email 3. Promptness - My articles took a while to be delivered. This appears to be the experience with many on this thread. I was quoted 7 days for 75 articles but it took more than 18 days to just get just 28 (and I am still waiting for all of them). To be fair, there was an error in my order so they had to go back and correct them. They haven't posted to directories yet but I'll advise on that as well. 4. Article quality - The topics of each the articles is varied well but the english grammar is very, very poor. Obviously, not written but an English speaking native. I would not recommend these for actual readers or to generate sales from articles. If you are just looking to post articles for SEO backlinks then they will probably be okay. I am concerned whether the article directories will accept these (in particular ezinearticles) but we'll see.
