I have not used your service yet but I plan on it... Was just wondering, in light of your current workload why not just change your TOS to 20 or even 30 days? It's still the best deal out there, but you set a more realistic expectation. If your faster, then you underpromised and overdelivered, and that is a much better place to be than "late".

asap - Thanks for your suggestion. The reason why we have not changed the time is that starting Monday our turnaround times will be back to normal. We've found a great group of native english speaking college writers who are starting work in our office on Monday. We plan on turning around all packages within 7 working days for all orders of 100 or less.

One thing I would like to comment on, and a common problem I keep seeing with your business is that you do not keep the clients up to date. Maybe an internal system to see the process.

You keep sending me promo emails which aggravate me more because I do not ever get my first order properly. I am resorting to hiring a writer because of their timely response.

The level of niche and product specific research is good at any price, a bargain at WSO price. Not only are the articles grammatically correct and in context with topic and keyword(s) they are really actually informative because of the research. The couple of product specific articles were spot on.

Delivery wasn't microwave fast but I understand. I like my steaks medium rare and flavorful. You just can't cook them babies too fast and get the same flavor and texture no matter how good the cut of meat. Some topics/niches may take a little longer. For this quality I'll wait.
