Yes Google is smart enough to track our IPs and know where we are searching from even when we search using Google . Hence the ranking difference when you use a proxy to check your rankings.

The word "weight loss" is extremely competitive. And if you're new to the SEO game, I would suggest that you target longer tail weight loss keywords instead.

Just by using our service alone, it'd be hard to get ranked on the top page of google for the term "weight loss" unless you supplement it with alot of your own seo backlinking efforts.

Even with that, it'd be a tough fight. Hope you understand.
