I'm curious - what did you pick up? I still just get an opt-in on the second page that leads to an error page, and nowhere to enter the code. Am I missing or overlooking something obvious?

It seems like he just wants you to fill out the email at the page he is sending you to.

Seems like he want's to build a free list nothing more. uhm weird.
