Forum marketing? And make money? It is hard I guess.

I just want to put some backlinks in those forums that related to my website and some banned my membership while others deleted all my backlinks. These backlinks even just link to my own website and not my affiliate link.

You mentioned a list of all tools need. Are those tools ALL FREE or I have to spend extra money? If so, how much total I have to spend?
