"What forms do you use when dealing with prospects and clients?"

This WSO/OC Module addresses this question.

Client Assessment Worksheets

These are the questions I use to conduct consultation sessions. They are designed to extract information and data from the business owner that will help them and myself determine exactly what services they may require.

These worksheets will help you gain the confidence you need to sit down with prospects, knowing that you are asking the right questions.

Business Forms

When I first started out, I could not afford to pay an attorney to create or review the forms and documents needed to set up, specify and close deals.

I figured if a napkin with an agreement and two signatures would generally hold up in court as a binding contract, the forms I put together should protect my interests even better.

Glad you see value in the package Jeff!

It was actually the difficulty I had creating these forms in Word that led me to the simpler solution of the form design utility. There is really nothing much to learn in this form designer software Jeff, it's about as simple as using a text editor.

I will however put together a simpler rendition using MS Word and try to have it available on or before Sunday 24th, 2009. Will notify everyone via the OC Newsletter upon completion.

Hi Maco,

This package focuses on forms. A letter would be more along the line of direct mail. Only thing I have done in the way of direct mail is oversized postcards. Still testing effectiveness before I release anything.

Both! You can edit the Client Assessment Worksheets .gdt version using the form maker software or just use the MS Word .doc version of the Worksheets.

The legal-type forms are in plain text. You will need to review and possibly change these to satisfy any local or geographical legal requirements.

It's also a smarter and less expensive way for local business owners to market and advertise their businesses.
