I see the support link - Lead Scouter - FAQ but nothing in there mentions anything about installation of the application (other than a recommendation to use a different hosting company). I would like to know how to install the application on my host?

I'm giving it away for personal use only, Have fun!

The only hard part of the installation for me is setting up the cron job on dreamhost. Here is a sample cron job to use with them.

/usr/local/php5/bin/php /home/your_username/example.com/autoscraper/cron/craigslist.php 2>&1

This will need to be modified.

Also keep in mind that you will need to add a new user to your dreamhost account that has shell access enabled.

I got this installed on Hostgator OK but anytime I try to get data, I get an error message like this one:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/wwwjust/public_html/autoscraper/includes/controllers.php on line 159

Any ideas?

Yes you can def. stay within compliance when sending to solicited leads.

Everyone I know that has installed it on Host Gator has had some issues.

Go with dreamhost. I provide an installation video for use with them.

Everything goes through.

Sean, in your install video, there's one extra file that's not in the download. Not sure if it's needed or not. About 50 seconds into the video, your screen shows the files you're copying in. One of the folders is labeled "inc". There's 10 visible files/folders in your vid. My download only has 9, and that ones missing.

Anybody figure out HostGator issues? I changed a thing here and there and did get it to connect to the database. But when I typed in an email to use, and then went to manage, the email address I entered was not there. Is this normal? Also, my cron reports keep coming back saying "no such file or domain". I'm not sure exactly what to put in the mysite section since my site is on an add on domain.

Sean, maybe a support forum would be good so we can discuss it off the WF?

The number of leads is the ammount of emails it has captured, there is a seperate counter for the ammount of leads mailed.

I'm having connection issues as well with BlueHost. What issue did you have cscarpero and how did you fix it? Maybe a Cpanel installation video would be useful.
