I went ahead and snatched up a copy of this and here is my review on my latest addition to my flipping eBook collection:

This one focuses on established sites of course. Swastik always delivers and this one is far from an exception. I've learned a few new tricks that I am going to use to make a name for myself in the established sites arena. This one has zero fluff and gets directly to the point, and Swastik covers every single bit of flipping established sites, right down to the T. I like how he explains the promo methods in the book so thoroughly, awesome stuff. One of the things I've bitch about all the time has been remedied in this book - two samples of the established sites he has flipped (as well as the details on those). But the other thing - when to start/end auctions - has not. I can preach a whole sermon on this but there isn't a need to.

But here is a flaw that I've found. As I said in Elite Flippers, the list building section needs work. I am still completely in the dark on this and the metrics on building a list is way too important to be left out. BUT there is just a tad bit more detail in it than Elite Flippers had, but still not enough for me or newbies to get out of the dark and swamp Swastik with a truckload of questions or having to browse on Google to study.

This one gets a 4.25/5 from me. Other than the list building section which needs far more detail, I cannot fault this one AT ALL. It can compete with Blog Flipping Fool IMO. Great job from my boy Swastik.

It'll depend on you. Almost everything can be done by self, tho the preferred option is to outsource it. If you're doing it yourself, then the costs should be under $50.

If you're outsourcing everything, I'll estimate the costs at around $200, depending on how much you outsource.

Thanks for the question!

It depends on the type of site. A blog will take more time to reach the $1,000 a month level than a membership site, generally. In this product, I talk about blogs and they'll take around 30-45 days to reach $100 - $200 a month which can easily be flipped for the profits I talked of.

If I outsource, which I normally do, it'll take 15 minutes a day of "my" time to set it all up. If I don't outsource, it'll take around a couple hours a day of my time.

If you're good on the technical side, you'll pick it up fairly easily and building the sites won't be a problem at all. If you're not good, you'll take some time, at least for the first few times.

Hey Sivam,

No problems mate. :-)

Writing content, if you want to outsource it - It may cost you around $100 to get 20 articles of 500 words each. If you get PLR articles and get them rewritten, it may cost a little less.

As another choice, if you are short on budget, you can settle a deal with a writer and for the first few projects, you two can share profits when he'll write for your projects and you can handle the other parts. Just an option! :-)

Established sites will be the way to go vs. startup sites as they're much less competitive, and the larger profit far outweighs the extra effort . I'm using Swastiks methods to successfully flip startup blogs even though there is more competition, and after reading this report I'm confident his methods for established sites will also work, after all he has experience flipping both startup and established sites. I got this guide recently and so far have had a chance to implement about half of it but it definitely is a detailed, step by step guide to creating, monetizing, and flipping established sites. I'd say it's detailed enough for newbies who want to flip these sites but for those who have questions or get stuck Swastik has always been known to provide great service.
