As you might already know, with Google, you get a little love around 2 weeks after the "notice" the site for around 3-4 weeks duration depending on niche and competition. During the first month, I expect a small amount, under $100, but this thing will really start to explode around the 4-6 month range. This is exactly what I've experienced and I've got tons of niche sites. I also have some great tricks up my sleeve to boost link power. That's another reason for the 10 person cap. Also, I will revisit some niches (we are going to take on a few very high CPC niches) so that they will become super sites with over 50 articles each and hundreds of deep links. Interesting questions. First off, I do not have a crystal ball and cannot predict the future. I can't. I cannot predict exact amounts. I will, however, explain my thinking and I will also explain the long term goals of this membership. I have a 12 month plan. The 12 months is necessary for several reasons:

1) If your link building is too aggressive your site will be de-listed.
2) If you do too much with free properties (read Squidoo and Blogger, etc.) all at once, your accounts will be closed and bye-bye work.
3) It takes TIME for natural backlinks and rankings (and that means traffic and income).
4) I am building a business for your future, not for my gratification or ego.
5) I will build you several Super sites which will attack high-competition, high-CPC niches and get ranked over time. This requires a lot of work, planning and patience.
6) Doing all the research, linking, SEO, article writing, etc. takes time and rushing it will only impair the results.

At the 6-7 month level, around 12 sites should be fairly underway so safe to say around $700-$1000 range. Now I don't like to give out these numbers because a number of things may shift the timeline a bit. Here's an example: one of my hobby sites was linked to by a very highly trafficked blog that I never even heard of and the income quadrupled in one month's time! Also, a new blog of mine got over $100 in affiliate income in the second month. It is this type of stuff that makes earnings estimates dicey so please understand where I am coming from.

I am shooting for $4,800 eventually, but please realize that at the 12 month mark, you will have at least 8 immature sites (the ones from month 11 and 12) which won't be big earners so they'll throw earnings off for a few months. Paul, and others, allow me to explain what I'm doing a little more. With all the members, I am building a small "niche empire" with tons of experimental sites and proprietary linking techniques. I will employ different monetization and traffic techniques. Some sites will take off and some will fizzle. Such is life. I am managing a pool of resources for the benefit of each and every member. This thread is not large enough to explain everything, but I'll certainly address your points. The sites will not drop in income because Adsense will be the main element as far as placement goes. The income will be SUPPLEMENTED by other offers and traffic will be driven to those pages by article marketing. Also, I've added a new feature where I will capture names and email addresses and build lists for the hottest niches. This will become another stable source of income. I have tons of sites and I know how to keep income stable. After all, I have sites that date back to 2003 which still earn stable Adsense and affiliate income.

I now have two writer's groups and several freelance writers and a few (US) VAs. The workload has now been distributed and I have time for what I do best (research and revenue generation). The other owners who were overwhelmed obviously wanted to keep all the money for themselves and could not keep up.
