Actually, I created Web 2.0 Covers and Web 2.0 Headers specifically for people without Photoshop. But it CAN also be used with Photoshop. The 3 programs it can be used with are:

- Photoshop
- Photoshop Elements (lighter and cheaper version of Photoshop)
- GIMP (free program)

All products come with instructions, and I barely get any support questions myself. But if your customers have any problems/questions, I can provide some support.
