I am using my own custom theme. Yes is it very very easy to customize and modify with easy to follow code if you are into coding.

Yes all the images are stock images and can be used without paying.

I just bought a few hours ago. Couple of issues:

1. You have to install to a new database, not a new WordPress install as it has a couple of entries in there that conflict with the SQL populate file. It means you have to edit the settings after populating...

2. Not sure if I am missing a SEO plug in or it is not working. The home or main page works fine but none of the links would point to or map to a correct file. For example, I get a 404 on this:

mydomainname.com/fica-score-a-number-that-is-hard-to-get.php

BTW, this is an awesome template and is great foundation for any content web site.

I think I figured it out.

Settings->Permalinks->Common Settings->Custom structure->/%postname%.php

This is already selected. I just re-saved it and it seems to work. Database SQL?

Content issue: the single quote in the SQL populate file gets displayed as � instead of ' depending on the server...

Hi!

the images for for posts will not because you will need to add the images for each article. you can still use the images that are already there in the other posts as images for the news content just so that you can maintain the look and shape of your website with the images.
