Hi Justin, I've always been impressed by your products, and this is no exception. I'm very interested in bidding, but would first like to know to what you attribute the drop-off in revenue since the beginning of February. (I tried calling you to discuss privately, but just got voicemail). |

Hi Holly, The beginning months our main focus was selling ACP, but then my A.D.D. kicked in and I created new products and promoted them which is why there was a drop off. It was just me bringing on too many projects, not a problem with the website itself. If this were my only focus then it would have stayed in the range of those first couple months. To get those higher months we were recruiting affiliates to do webinars with us where we would pitch the product at the end. I now have that webinar recorded so you can do it exactly as I have done it in the past. (converts around 6% - 10%) As it says in the listing, I'm providing 2 month help via email to the new buyer. That includes helping you recruit affiliates so you can make your money back and learn how to do what I did in the beginning to make quadruple what it's making now. One last thing... This site has made about another $1,000 in the last 2 weeks since I took those screenshots. |

Thanks Biggy, but I chose this marketplace for a specific reason. There are 14 other marketplaces but this is the one where people will understand how to run this specific kind of website the best. They all have their pro's and con's |

Justin, I'm going to give you some Financial advice for Free. I happen to be a Registered Investment Adviser, so here goes. Your site is way underpriced. I have not spent a lot of time looking thru your info but here's the numbers. You Net $1,968 per Month after all cost, affiliates, etc... Yearly total = $23,610 The minimum you should sell this site for is 1.5x earnings. $23,610 x 1.5 = $35,000 Is this mostly Passive income (very little work)? Do you realize that if an Investor wanted to get a return from a 1 year Bank CD he would have to Invest over 1 Million dollars to make $23,000 a year in income? Check out CD Rates | Compare High Yield Certificate of Deposit Best Highest Certificates Laddering CD Rate Ladder for the latest rates. Not only that, someone could come in and possibly do much better than you at increasing sales and earning more revenue. Borrow the money you need, even a high int rate credit card, but don't sell this site this cheap. Don't forget you will also have Federal taxes due on this sale. Good luck. |

Hi Mac, Thanks, I am aware that I am selling this site below it's real worth. But this is a WSO which means it should be a special offer for warriors. Thanks for the detailed breakdown that was very educational. |

Thanks for the compliments... Site 0470 looks good in these screenshots but AndroidControlPanel.com made much more money. Just an FYI to anyone who's interested in buying ACP but is not sure if it's a good deal or not... At $497 per sale you only need 10 sales to make almost $5,000. If you sold just 2 copies per week that would be $51,688 per year Not trying to add any hype, those are real numbers when you do the math and that's why this is one of my favorite sites. |

Justin, This site has serious appeal as it fits with a business I'm currently developing. I would dearly love to see the materials for sale so I know exactly what I'm getting. I know your stuff is good as I already have some of it. Are you able to provide some sort of deal that allows me to view the content? I don't mind paying something. Will |

Great sample video Justin as expected. I'm talking to my partner about the site. We would both like to see the whole course. Not expecting to get it free but if you could offer some type of great discount for access it would be appreciated. Anyway over to you on that one. |

Hi William we can't grant access for free to anyone that would be really disrespectful to our customers. The video walk-thru and sample content should be plenty to make a decision. If not then I'm really sorry to have disappointed you but that's the best I can do. |

Justin, your website looks like a great tool for people that need help in training outsourced help. I have a few questions that are critical to determine if this is a site that can be profitable without you Chaunna and SiteFling to promote and 'stand behind it'. I'm hoping you can answer most if not all these questions. What sort of marketing has been done to get the sales over the past 3 months. For example, what sort of sites are you advertising on, or where has the traffic been coming from (e-mail mailing sequence, banner ads, teleconferences you've held, etc...). Is any of the past 3 month's traffic and/or sales from 'natural searches' ? Approximately what percentage of sales from this website come from the upsells of your products? Thank you, -David G. |

Assuming an average 2000 visitors per month, your conversion rate in past 3 months is only 0.3 % Can you explain the low conversion rate? |

The last 3 months worth of sales have been generated from banners on our blog and coupon promotions. It sounds more like you're wondering if you can just buy the site and sales will still just automatically come in... They can but you'll need to still drive traffic to the site. I'll help you for the first 2 months to make sure sales keep coming in. This isn't a miracle opportunity though... If you plan to do no work at all to the site then it WILL stop making sales. However, if you setup the things I tell you to setup after you buy then you'll be just fine and sales WILL keep coming. |

Hi Justin, Have you ever sold ACP for $497? Doing the math you provide, looks like all sales were for $197. Howard P.S. Just watched the screencast. Looks like you did a great job on the site. |

of the salesletter are at .45 for the month of May. (we've made two sales just from having this site listed for sale) .45 percent conversion on a $497 offer is not a bad conversion rate. Example... You pay $200 in Adwords bidding $0.50 per click which gets you 400 clicks. With a .45% conversion rate you'll get about two sales ($994 - $200 = $794 profit or 397% ROI) Even at .30% that's still one sale for every 400 clicks ($200) which works out to $497 made - $200 spent = $297 profit or 148% ROI. Numbers don't lie and the math works out... If by some chance no one does buy, then I will setup an squeeze page where an autoresponder series drives people to a recorded webinar that pitches the product. We already have the webinar recorded and that should increase conversions quite a bit. If the new buyer wants us to help them set that up we can However, the site is profitable as it stands already as seen in the proof above.

It does sell better at $197 and when we offer coupons for $300 off we have a pretty nice weekend sale. One affiliate we recruited a couple months ago made 13 sales with that coupon. Which was about $1,250 for each of us since we promised 50% affiliate commission To find that affiliate our assistants just copy/pasted an email we wrote to 25 potential affiliates we came up with. To find those 25 potential partners we just looked up the email addresses of other marketers in the Internet marketing niche.

Thanks for your bid Chris, I had a private bid of $5k via PM from Richard Cox above. I asked him to make it public here we'll see what happens. I do need to end this auction soon because of my move so let's make Friday at midnight the last call for bids. The first official bid then is $500 by Chris Steiner |

WOW WOW... While I was sleeping the big boys came out to play! Mr. John "Turbo" Delavera slips in the highest current bid at $3,100 and it smells like Mr. Ben "Emergency Cash" Shaffer is going to jump in also. We'll see... Ok so I woke up in a great mood today, I promise not to keep going with the tacky over dramatic auction style. But that was fun! Quote:
The short story is a competitor of my website flipping course came in and tried to sabotage my listing by posting impossible to answer questions and false accusations about me. However, Mr. Smartypants forgot that his username was also his dotcom! That's how I know it was a competitor. He showed no proof, just made up bad stories and by the time I was able to delete his messages they had already gone out to the bidders who were following the comments. I've tried explaining to them and showing proof that his statements were untrue but I haven't gotten a reply. Even if I get $5k in bids again I'll still feel like I'm shooting myself in the foot. But my landlord really did sell the house i'm renting out from under me and I have 24 more days to be out. I do alright online so I've raised just over $11k of the $15k it will cost to move everything... Just need this site to sell to raise the rest. I can always create something else and market it. Just need to get my butt down to Florida for now. ;-)

| I am accepting Paypal, Escrow.com, or Bank Transfer If the winning bidder chooses to not pay with escrow.com then we will do a structured payment. Meaning you send 10% of the winning bid first to show you are serious and then I'll send you a zip file with all the source/site files. Then you'll send the remaining balance and I'll transfer the domain name. Once the domain name is tranferred I'll setup the site for you to make sure everything is working properly. The only other option is you pay in full upfront and then we'll get right to work setting everything up for you. There is NO option of us setting everything up for you and then paying. ;-) The bidding ends Friday night but if the winning bidder doesn't send the 10% deposit within 24 hours I will move on to the next highest bidder. Ok enough of the stuffy stuff... Back to the bidding war! |

Justin/Chaunna, thank you for answering my questions. I didn't want it to sound like I just wanted the sales to roll in without doing anything (although, it should turn out this way after all the initial work that will be done). My main question is that if I did the 'work' as you would advise, (me being someone other than Justin or Chaunna and without a 50,000 person e-mail list), would it be a product that people would buy from ME? Another way to look at it... even with the generous profits that affiliates of ACP get and without purchasing this WSO, I would wonder if I can make a sale (again, without the 'personality' and 'presence/exposure' of being a 'guru'). I can write articles, make videos, make nice Web2.0 authority sites, bookmark and submit them to multiple places, set up a squeeze page, create e-mail campaigns, but will that generate sales? That's were a lot of people are stuck, I would imagine. That 'work' isn't hard and it's not too technical, but does that honestly generate sales? -David G. |

I replied to the email you sent with the exact same question here it is again if you didn't get it... Hi David, Dude I'm no different then you are... I started out with bum marketing probably just like you are or did. Sure I have a list now and some people know who I am but most of the time I still have to work hard to makes sales. One of the ways I've gotten sales to ACP in the past was selling a $1 report as a WSO and then ACP was the upsell. Surely you can do that too! Don't give yourself the excuse of "I can't make sales because I don't have a big name." No one starts out with a big name and no one gets one without putting in the work required to build that name. You couldn't start off any better then to start building a list with a cheap $1 report and then have a big ticket upsell. I promise you even MY mentor Russell Brunson would tell you the same... I know because that's what he told me. |

$3,600 Won't be around at midnight Friday...so don't panic Justin if I win and you don't hear from me. So this site may sell for LESS than 2 months profits? Ridiculous, friggin ridiculous. I would pay 10x the amount if I had the time to manage this. I can't believe people don't see the value in this. I would postpone buying any house in Florida and rent for a while until you market this site correctly and get at least $20,000 more. That's what separates Real Marketing Geniuses from IMers. IMers don't know Marketing. |

My point is this, I am clueless about building sites, blogs, widgets, autoresponders, etc.. I outsource everything. But, I have years of experience in Direct Marketing. I took my marketing experience and applied it to the Internet and applied the same principles. The Internet is no different than TV, Radio, Print Media, Direct Mail, etc... to get your message out. If I wanted to buy this business I would have bought it already and not let anyone else have a chance to bid. I can't believe he is literally giving this site away for free.

If you're not going to make a serious bid on this site though, do you mind not interfering? It'd be cool if you just let me do my thing, I can handle myself. Thanks bro, and if there's any way I can help out... Just give me a holler. |
