Oh Boy! PLRboy is awesome.

I have bought almost every niche blog that's been created by Ivan in the past and I must say: all his blogs have good, worthwhile content and supported with relevant images. He integrates the placement of content quite well with adsense codes and ad boxes.
In a nutshell, all blogs that Ivan creates, are well structured and optimised with neceaasry plugins. The blogs he churns out are really good. All I do is: change the blog title, re-write the articles' headline and change some content, insert my adsense publisher code and, I am done. I just take some action by driving the traffic onto these blogs and I start getting traffic.

All I want to know is how you are planning to find your niches and do you think that 150 people with the same website might cause some problems.

I am choosing the most popular niches that are online, but don't get me wrong members can also recommend a niche that I will take in mind for next month packages.

I was really interested in this and they I saw the PLR rights.
The below says to me that there could be many many more than 150 people with the same website ... (if some of the 150 are selling the package on as well) .. or do you limit the whole thing/total number of downloads to 150 only?

What I have done is the following:

20 Articles - This is good for SEO, cause the more content you have the better chanses to see your blog ranking highest in search engines.

Post and Page titles - this was done usuing wordpress platform - not just your normal titles, Eachpost or page have it's own title - this is also for sure good for SEO.

Also if you want your blog to get high rankings in search engines I would gladlly recomend you to use All in ONE seo plugin for wordpress.
