By chance could you also create a couple short screen capture videos showing how to edit and work with the templates in both word and open office?

That would help me as I find open office applications confusing and for some reason my inner dummy has come out in the past when it comes to working with templates in word trying to get the header and footer to update throughout the document.

I am going to snatch this offer up and encourage anyone else who sees this to do so as well.

I should be able to crank something out in a few hours. Got a super busy schedule right now with the recent car accident, but I'm trying to fit everything in best I can.

It does not have to be anything fancy...

I just have found that when I tried to work with templates in the past I could not get the template page to automatically duplicate as I added content and pages to the book.

Also after content and pages are added to the book I'd like to see how to properly edit the header and footer so that it is updated automatically on every page if I need to make changes after a book is already filled with pages.

For some reasons I always screw those things up when working with other templates and am not able to edit the template dynamically or able to make template pages replicate properly.
