The reason I am asking is because lately I noticed a trend here in the Warrior Forum in which memberships are offered really cheap, without having the intention of keeping the model that they were offering (not saying nothing regarding your intentions, so please do not get offended), just with the purpose of inflating their numbers and then selling to somebody else, leaving their members with unfulfilled promises.

First off, I would like to say that there is a lo of stuff on site flipping, so I thought I knew what I was in for...

turns out I was kinda wrong.

The best thing about this product is the interviews with some of the WF's top flipping guys! They tell you what products they use, and what they doto sell their sites. Great!

As well as this, there are many guides and ebooks about site flipping...

Unfortunately, the design is a little on the crap side (no offence), and some of the stuff is a little outdated, and the service could have been improved....

Also, the material is great, but you'll run out after about 2 hours and think 'Oh. Ok...' That is not necessarily bad, but all I'm saying is that they could have pakced more stuff into it...

My advice to the buyer:

If you want to jump on the site flipping bandwagon, and need to know how to start, or how to stop failing, go for this. Hey, it's $20, not a kidney!! Otherwise, this is perhaps not for you...

My Advice to the seller:

Get a designer, girl! You need o seriously improve that site's design, as it is a real turn-off. And the different formats of the data, such as word or pdf, make it seem less uniform. And what were those videos? I stopped watching after 5 seconds because of the Microsoft Sam voice!!

My near future plans are to really just get used to the site and its workings so I will not be making too many changes.

Long term I plan to turn this into a monthly membership site with new info like case studies, interviews and videos. Of course everyone who gets in with this WSO won't pay a monthly fee.

I don't really have any plans to sell this site. My partner and I just sold one of our main sites (the craft one I mentioned) and this is going to fill the void (and then some, hopefully)
