There will be a couple of different traffic sources, none of which have to do with Craigslist, ebay etc.

Yeah, paid advertising is always good if you can afford it (and stomach it). People think that paid advertising is fast and it is but only if you have the cash flow.

if you only have $100 to invest in paid advertising you will be waiting a long time to get paid (if you make any money).

I am making some decent money with traffic thru google for my CPA offers and I have no trouble getting accepted at the networks...is there something in here for me, someone who may still be a begginer/intermediate at CPA but not a newbie?

I live in Trinidad and do not have a paypal account that can receive funds, I can only make payments via paypal. In addition I tried on 2 occasions to register with cpa networks but was rejected, is this for me? And would I be restricted by my cpa options based on my location outside of USA

I am not sure about Trinidad specifically but I have helped many who live in other countries overcome these issues.

You would receive payment via check (not paypal) and could easily market in the US even if you don't live there (I do and I live in Canada).
