I'm interested in Datafeedr. If I build a website using datafeedr and decide to sell the site, does the new buyer need to subscribe to your service?

Note that reselling Datafeedr sites is NOT allowed. Datafeedr sites are for your own personal use but we understand that at some point you might want to sell a site on a one time basis. In that case you're allowed to do so and new owner must join Datafeedr and you have to let us know who the new owner is so we can transfer your store to new owner's account.

Sorry no lifetime unlimited site license (unless you have some 10,000's to spend ). We can set up a yearly payment option (including one free month). You pay $1164 for a 13 month membership - unlimited sites.

The store link (handbags.me.uk) in the WSO testimonials doesn't work. Do you have some websites built with Datafeedr? PM me if it's not ok to publish them on the forum.

I have seen My Online Store : Baby Supplies Pro but wanted to see a more complex website that may be integrating let say Amazon, ebay and bunch of products from other affiliate networks.

A demo of the admin interface would certainly be very helpful in helping anyone decide. Can you setup a demo so one can play around with the software to see it's true power?

For so far I can tell the website handbags.me.uk is working fine for me.

Sorry at this moment there is no demo available. Note that a store is built within our members area and not by the plugin. The plugin is only used to display the store and manage certain aspects from the store. In any way we offer a 30 day money back guarantee. You create your store in our members area.

Once your store is ready you download a shop file containing all the store information. Then you upload and import that shop file via the Datafeedr plugin admin interface. During the import process the product information is added to your database so all is hosted on your server.

Datafeedr keeps your store updated in the members area. That means when we update our database with the latest feeds 3 things happen

1. Products that are no longer available in the feeds are automatically removed from your store

2. New products that meet the requirements of your search subscriptions are automatically added to your store
3. Existing products are automatically updated when product info such as price has been changed

Unfortunately the "self-update" in our members area is not yet connected to your WordPress blog. We're working on that. So to update your store on your server you have to download your shop file from the members area and upload/import it again.

also is there a way to keep up on the store so only available items are installed, I checked a few of the links and noticed half went to websites that listed the item as "unavailable"

Not in our current version. In our new version that will be launched later this year it will be possible to create more SEO friendly store URLs like the one you mentioned.

That's probably because we didn't update the demo store since a while. We'll update the store with the latest feed. But note that if a merchant hasn't removed these kind of products from their datafeed these products remain present in our database and won't be automatically removed from existing shops.
