Anyway, I have NOT heard from you in the last 14 days, with several emails and Skype.

Anyhow, as I do not want to open a PayPal Dispute unless I have to, please reply to the latest email I've sent you, so I know if there's any progress on the sales copy, plus your estimated time of completion!

I have received your completed questionnaire on the 7th of this month.

Since then you have only sent me one e-mail last week asking me for a status update to which I promptly replied, letting you know I was expecting the documents from my writer within a few days.

I have never received any other e-mails or skype messages from you concerning this project.

And as I have already replied to the e-mail you just sent me with this same information, I have received the files from my writer yesterday and will be reviewing them on Monday as I have just had a visit from a technician to repair my internet connection which has been breaking all week and delaying my work.

All orders are processes on a first-come, first-served basis as indicated in the instructions you were given upon purchasing this WSO.

This helpdesk system helps me streamline project and attach files to the tickets when e-mails and standard attachments do not make it through.

I got yet another bag of hot air from Alex 36 hours ago(funny enough EXACTLY on my deadline) promising me my Copy that same day(again), that promise turned out to be yet another lie.

I tried to file a dispute with Paypal to recover my money, but I guess I might have waited too long.

I am now working on other ways to recover my money here in the Philippines. We will see how that goes.

So my advice to anybody who had to wait more than 30 days on Alex' 14 day delivery, start the disputes now so you wont be in my situation.

Alex got back to me on now Skype(30 min after I posted the first half of this post) and told me (yet again) that my copy is almost done, I have heard the same song for 3 weeks, so I told him I did not believe a word he say any more, and he had plenty of to to rectify the problem with me and deliver the product promised.

Alex then proceeded with more stories about personal problems, which I can not really use to pay my bills with, and he then told me that he would not refund my money even though he failed to deliver what I paid for with VERY extended deadlines...

Bottom line and my advice: Stay clear of this man, he took my $147.77 and delivered nothing. he gave me all sorts of excuses and spent more time coming up with stories why I could not get the Copy I PREPAID in good faith, than he did actually working on it.

Read up in this thread and you will see I am not the only one who had problems with the promises and integrity of this Warrior.

I put my order at Aug. 18, 2009 and it's almost getting to 45 days of Paypal allowance to file dispute to get my money back.

Most disputes can be resolved through open communication with your seller. You can use the Resolution Center to open a dispute with a seller within 45 calendar days of payment.

I won't take a risk, so I'll case a dispute.

Hendra, I do remember working on your sales copy for a PPC software. As mentioned previously on the warrior forum we are having e-mail delivery issues due to what seems to be a problem related to our server's IP being blacklisted by major ISPs. Have you tried filing a support ticket through MonStar Media Concierge ?Just make sure you submit it to the right department which would be CopyClinique support and I will reply ASAP with your completed package as an attachm ent. I am extremely sorry about these delays and communication issues and hope that we can get your new campaign rolling soon!Alex.

While I don't remember Alex ever mentioned about MonStar Media Concierge,
I submit a ticket there and ask for Alex to deliver my order in the next 24 hours.

I'll let you guys know if this solve the problem or not.

I wish Alex could show up here and talk to all of us directly and explain the situation himself.

Let me just say that I was one of the original customers to express my concerns about the length of time it was taking Alex to complete my project. Well he completed it and he did a very good job. If you're willing to wait, you'll get a good product especially if you consider the price he charges. He is a talented copywriter.

While I am one of those who believe that Alex got a very good talent (that's one of the reason everyone order at the first place isn't it?)

There is no reason that Alex leave his customers with no updates.
If he got problem delivering the orders, I believe he should contact us at the first place, explaining the situation and give us the ETA when our order will be delivered and not taking orders at least until everything is settled.

That's what I think.

I have received the minisite design from Alex two days ago, the quality is top notch. But I haven't got my sales letter yet. Looking forward for the sales letter to be delivered.

First of all, I would like to emphasize once again that I am still here and willing to work with everyone in getting your projects done ASAP. That is also the reason why I have been distant from the forum lately and keeping everything streamlined using the helpdesk - so that I could spend less time providing justifications and excuses and getting more work done.

Hendra: As mentionned in our correspondence, my assistant resent me your files and they will be out tonight.

Hélène: I know I made you wait long enough already and your project is first on my priority list. I am almost done with the review and will send your complete package shortly as well.

I hired another copywriter already, there is no way anybody can defend letting clients wait 2.5 months for a product that should have taken 2 weeks tops.

If he is really as good as he says he is then his 'tax problems' should have been sorted out anyhow and he shouldn't want to work at this low price.

Well nope im just like you and purchased as soon as this came out after talking to alex and asking if it was ok to wait before i submitted my request with details of the sales page until i was ready to and to just reserve a spot.

My guess is there was no tax problems either and hes a wanna be. But oh well!

Will give him 48 hours before i report this!

I checked everything and it seems that file was on the backup drive that crashed about two or three weeks ago. Forunately my assistant in Manila has not been affected by the floods and still have the files on her computer. I am awaiting for her to resend it to me for a quick review and delivery.

I was backing up all my files on an external hard drive, after losing everything in a computer crash 2 years ago I learned the lesson. What I did not expect this time was that the backup hard drive could also crash - which is why I now back up on DVDs on top of everything else.

My assistant confirmed that she still has the files, she will be sending them to me and all I have to do is go through the review again, format everything nicely, and submit for your approval.

This shouldn't be much longer.
