No, not just private use.

You can use it any way you like except selling it as a PLR or part of another PLR.

So you can put your own name on it if you like then sell it from a blog or website. Set your own price and keep all the money you make. You can use bits of it for articles or blog posts, pretty much anything you want. In fact the main benefit of good PLR is the multitude of uses you can put it to without having to do the writing yourself!
