How much can I get done?

It all depends on you.

The more organized you are the faster I can work. I need to have all the information at my finger tips. If I have to call or email you for information its a waste of my time and a waste of your money.

There are several things you can do before we start. If I'm installing new websites on new domains, make sure the domains are already pointing to your server and are not parked. This is not something you want to do the day of the project. It should be done at least 48 hrs ahead of project day so the changes have time to take effect.

If you need a hosting account - buy it before project day. The same goes for any software or programs that need to be purchased. Things like templates, amember, purchased plugins, etc. If your project requires any purchased components, make sure you have them and they are ready to go before project day.

If I'm loading sales pages with products for sale - make sure I have access to the complete reseller zip file.

Organization is the key to getting the most bang for your buck. I have a file for you to help you with the organization of your projects. Once the file is completed then we can start your project day.

Just to give you an idea of what can be accomplished in an intense project day.

5-7 blogs with commonly used plugins and generic templates - (regular price $750 - $1050 - you save $200 - $500 depending on how much I can get done in the day)

OR

A membership site using Joomla. Semi custom template. With community functionality, multiple member levels, using Amember (purchased separately) for billing and permissions (regular price $1800 - depending on how much of it I can get done you can save up to $1200)

OR

An e-commerce store. Semi custom template. Extra functions - components installed such as wish list, image handler,etc. Configured for your type of products (categories) ready for your products to be loaded. (regular price $900 - $1500 - once again depending on how much I can get done in that time period you could be saving $350 - $950)

Just remember you are buying my time. You are not paying for the completion of a given project

How it works

After payment I'll send you a file / document where you can fill out your project information in order of priority.
This information will include login id's and passwords to access ftp, cpanel, admin areas, etc

It will take a day or two of going back and forth with your Project document to make sure everything is there and I know exactly what you want done.

If we are using software components that are purchased then I need access to the download areas or you can send me the zip files. Adding the information to your project document works best.

The ideal scenario is to use Google Documents - this is a free service attached to your gmail account. If you don't have a gmail account get one - its free.
Once you send me the completed project document (or upload it to Google Docs)
I'll make sure we both have access to it as I will be continually updating this document through out the day as tasks are completed.
By the end of the day the project document will contain a record of everything that was done for you including the logins to your sites or what ever your project is.

Once again its important to make sure all information is available before I start on your project. Its also important to prioritize the tasks - whats most important to you? For example lets say you want 7 blogs installed and configured.
You would list your 7 blogs domain names and how much of the blog you want done before I move onto the next one.

You get 7 hrs of uninterrupted time with me to work exclusively on your projects.
The day starts at 7am my time (Arizona) and finishes at 3pm (notice thats 8 hrs but you have to give me time for lunch and bathroom breaks!).

Ideally you should be available via phone to discuss the project through out the day if needed. Email contact is ok but telephone is better - its faster.

As you can imagine I can't do this for very many people. Obviously I can only work with one person per day.

I've never offered this deal before and I'm only making it available to Warriors who need to get these technical things done.
