Hi Ray,

You will host your own site - that's the whole point that you take control and not allow Wordpress or Blogger to delete it on a whim. So you will own it. Sorry, something had gone wrong and 2co was set up incorrectly to charge the $17 PLUS the first month. I've fixed it now so it charges $17 in total (It now actually charges 2.03 +14.97 = $17).
