Jamie: Great report! Like all your other products I've purchased, this one over-delivers tremendous value! My only suggestion would be that when you've sold your 100th copy, you offer ten -- and ten only -- at $27. Bump the "final" price to $37 or $47. It's more than worth it! (The niche list alone is worth that much!) Thanks again, Jamie! Chuck |

Gogetta, Love your ebooks and really urge me to do for some offline gold! ![]() However, would like to know check whether is it advisable to get a registered company or just 'Me' will do? Actually i was playing around a idea that not getting a company but just a profile about me. [which i intend to use http://www.linkedin.com/] Print out a name card, then show them my profile] Or should i just create a blog and give update on my stuffs? Any suggestions on this anyone? |

Wow, this WSO deserves my feedback. ...I've purchased virtually all the Offline WSOs, but GoGetta's "The RENT-A-SITE Model! OFFLINE REAL ESTATE, THE FUTURE OF OFFLINE CASH COW" is one of the best if not the best. The material is well laid out. |

Wow, thanks for the feedback! Its appreciated! MrsForex, I have PM'd you! As far as how much I make, it depends on how many sites you rent out, this can be scaled up as much as you wish. This is only one arrm of my offline consulting business and currently rent out nearly 30 sites! GoGetta |

I just read the ebook. Its very good and very complete. Quite brilliant. I'm pretty sure that anyone could take this and run with it with ease. Its definitely something that never crossed my mind and I've got some good ideas already from it. I'm thinking that this is something that could be outsourced as well. |

Love the idea and I was thinking is this 'rent a site model' the evolution in online advertising, will there be huge networks popping up allowing people to search for site to rent? Then I thought it's almost the same as someone putting a huge banner on the middle of your site and paying you for that which is effectively affiliate marketing. So I'm thinking it's probably not the evolution I was thinking |

IMO there is a huge future ahead for RENTING SITES. The search engines are becoming full of more and more sites and it is getting much harder for business owners to really make there mark online without spending big. This is the answer and the cheaper, readymade alternative! ; ) GoGetta |

hey GoGetta do you create your sites on subdomains or each to have their own domain? I have seen one company using sub domains like this: www.businesstype-location.domain.com I can't be sure but I suspect they are doing a rent a site model because they only put 1 business contact details on the pages. each subdomain has about 3 pages only, homepage, content, and location (with a google map). This seems like a good strategy as you don't have to keep buying new domains and your may get some ranking power as it is a subdomain off the main website. How about doing sub folders? www.domain.com.au/businesstype-location |

billionareHuman, Yes you could do it that way, although all of mine have seperate domains as this adds more weight to the offering. I cant really advise or chip in on the subdomain route as I haven't ever done that! New domains for each site for me! GoGetta |

No not at all! Here are the points to remember with organic listings over Google local! Firstly, with organic SEO you have the ability to just about control your positioning, with Google Local, you don't. With organic SEO, you also have the ability to gain more than one position on the top page which does a lot when trying to brand your business! With organic SEO, you have the feature of having a title and description to use to entice people to click, with Google Local you don't, you are just a regular JOE in there along with all other companies! With organic SEO, you give your Google Local listing more power allowing it to thrive and solidify in the Google Local listings aswell! Also, its proven that the organic listings get more traffic than anything else on that top page, so rather than missing out on this, do both, Google Local and organic SEO, this makes sure you are seen, wherever the user looks! Theres a few to use when prospecting and selling the benefits! ; ) HTH GoGetta |

Hi Justin, Yes it does depend on Location, Niche and of course the amount of competition but with most niches I hit top page within 2 weeks. But it does depend! Just keep working on it and buidling links and you will see results! GoGetta |

Hey GoGetta, Couple quick questions for you. 1. Is there any PPC required to use your system? 2. About how much time is required to build a site to your specs and get it to the top of the SERP ( in other wards time spent to promote/link building)? I saw you mentioned earlier in the thread that you have 30 of these sites and was wondering if that took a long time or can be done fairly quickly. Lets just say I could put in 3 hours a day 5 days a week and am already an experienced WP user. Perhaps 3 hours to build a site and another 5 hours of link building or something like that? Thanks, Stephen |

| Stephen - There is no PPC involved in this product, As far as time and efffort goes, this will depend on the niche. Sometimes I can put a wordpress site up with graphics and have it top page of Google in 7 days, other times it can take a few weeks to see results from link building. So, as far as time spent, it all depends on the niches you target! As far as my other WSOs and products, they are all standalone products and not directly related but the Local SEO Magic Formula would help if you are new to SEO or want a guide! MrEyeconic - There is no information on ouitsourcing as I do not do that myself. But this could most certainly be outsourced, no problem at all! Hope that answers your questions, if not, just ask! I what I was actually wondering was the "rough estimate" of the actual hours required on most sites to build them and market them to the point they are then ready to rent out to businesses. So when you say 7+ days do you mean you're constantly working on a site creating content then working on linking for 7+ days? Or perhaps its more like a few days of actual work then it can take several days for the link building to take hold and make the site rent-able as it is now in the top spot for its targeted keywords? By the way how many keywords do you tend to target per site? Thanks, Stephen | |

I target around 5-10 keywords per site. Most keywords have different variations and the SEO I do generally captures all the variations over time. As far as time, again this depends on the site and niche as explained. It also depends on your level of IM. If you are a whiz at putting up wordpress or simple sites, then this can be done in an hour, if not it could take a day or 2. Secondly, SEO, this depends on keywords but I would focus maybe at around an hour a day for the first few days to see where I am going to rank first, then build appropriately! Hope that helps, GoGetta |

Got my first RAS client! Just wanted to thank Jamie for this report. I targeted a certain type of business and built the page and outsourced the link building. After 3 weeks I noticed that the site already had over 100 visitors sent from Google so I considered that good enough. I emailed 30 businesses showing them the page, I noticed only 6 clicked through to view the webpage (I put in some tracking). After that I started calling, it only took 4 calls to land the client! Most didn't understand the concept in the email and I could probably improve my email, they all sounded interested after explanation on the phone, but the first 1 was packed with clients already, 2nd one had just paid for more expensive advertising elsewhere and the 3rd one couldn't take anymore customers on too. The 4th call the client I landed wasn't even one that I had emailed, cus he didn't have email address on his on website! I charged him $150 which is what he makes from 1 job + a $25 setup fee. Thanks Jamie! |

Excellent Report and Business Model. Most likely one of the best I have purchased as it is laid out "Step by Step" which most models are not! When you say you used Birmingham, would you not scale it further down into towns? Regards and Thank you! Jodi |

| Hi Jodi, Thanks for the feedback, its appreciated! As far as digging deeper with towns, Yes you can! I will use Manchester as an example as I have sites in the area! You could dig a lot deeper and hit towns such as: Sale Stretford Altrincham Chorlton All towns and areas are within the Manchester area. As you are from the UK I am sure you may have heard of these areas and know what I mean. It in essence will be easier as the competition is even more minimal but also more targeted. For example if you need a plumber in Manchester and you lived in Chorlton, then if you search for a plumber in Chorlton and found one, then you are more likely to use them than a plumber on the other side of Manchester! So, Yes, you can certainly do this and something I have tapped into myself! I use Manchester as an example as I do not know each small area of Birmingham and already have sites in the Manchester areas that work very well! Hope that helps!!!! GoGetta |
