Jamie, Well done on another product. From the information leading up to this release, I reckon it would be fair to say that even if you can't quit your day job in a week, you can certainly implement these strategies in a way that will definitely give your consistent results by the end of a few weeks. ...and I still have your back! |

Tomasg, No there is no rental agreement contract involved. As I explain in the product, I actually email each client I sign up seperately, I do not use a set contract as there are many variables to what it would include! So, in ansswer to your question there is no rental agreement contract involved here. You will obviosuly decide on that depending on the route you take! Hope that helps! Susanne, Enjoy! ; ) GoGetta |

Thanks guys, your feedback is awesome! Dan DaSilva, The rent a site model is a step by step system that will show you how to rent out websites to offline business owners. From researching profitable niches, to building the offer and finally selling the offer to offline business owners, this covers the lot! The report/guide has 47-48 pages and is accompanied by huge 66 page offline niche list! Its a simple model for any online marketer looking to break into the offline niche. Hope that covers it for you in a nutshell! If you need any more info, just ask! GoGetta |

Hi Jamie, Just to be clear, does this include a Website Template, or just the instructions on how to sell a site to an Offline Business Owner? I haven't seen any mention of a website template, but I'm unsure of what is being offered, here. Sorry for being slow on the uptake. Just need to get that clear in my mind. Thanks, Adam |

No this doesn't directly contain a website template. This system can be setup on Wordpress with a free website template. This is a step by step guide to the rent a site model, from research to setting up and then selling! Hope that answers your question, if you have anymore, just ask! GoGetta |

Jamie, Having got the workshops up and running a while ago, I started experimenting with the rent-a-site model. You're further down the line than me, obviously, so I have just bought your product. I'm very pleasantly surprised to find that everything you advocate in sections 1-3 in terms of keyword research, competition, is it a money term etc. - even to the extent of the WordPress SEO plugin you recommend - is exactly what I'm already doing. So I'm doing it right, that's good ![]() Where you're ahead though is when it comes to selling (OK, renting) the result, and of course you have explored more avenues than me and your example classified ads are well worth having. The only thing I don't understand is why the example website you show was registered October 2008 - so 8 months ago - unless it's something you couldn't rent out and decided to re-purpose to use as an example here? Certainly we all know you can get well ranked in far less time than that, so this has got me a little puzzled. Nevertheless, as a Brit, it's nice to see a UK example for a change! However, as you're ranked #3 on Google for your main keyword, I'd be interested to know why you're using it as an example here rather than renting it out? I'm not so impressed with your list of niches that looks more like an extract from the Yellow Pages categories section (is anything not in there?) because it doesn't really help me decide what to target at all: personally, I "can't see the wood for the trees", and I think a smaller list with the results of your own research would be much more valuable. That said, it's a bonus anyway, so I can't really gripe!!! The bottom line though is that, even though we're well down the line with this ourselves, your product is unquestionably worth the $20 that I paid for it. I really enjoyed Phone Obliteration (and am still learning from it now!) although I did think it was rather expensive ... but this Rent-A-Site product is more sensibly priced and I'm sure that anybody who buys will not regret it. I say what I feel, my comments and reviews are utterly unbiased and 100% honest, and my recommendation here is that anybody looking to go down the rent-a-site route should spend $20-$27 (depending on their speed of action!) on your product. Jamie: When you get to the point of marketing through affiliates, let me know and I shall be happy to promote this for you. Andrew |

GoGetta, I just bought the book. With as much info as you gave on your thread, I had no problem forking over my $23. I know I'm going to love it. BTW, thanks the the list of niches. That opens up a world of possibilities. I bought my first offline domain today before I bought this. Looking forward to implementing your knowledge and ideas to produce a lot of financial results for me.:-) |

| Thanks Guys! Andrew (WebThings) - In answer to a few of your questions. The site in question was registered in October and has been used by a friend of mine. When starting this model I wanted to give examples of what type of sites I use. Now, I didn't want to use sites I currently rent out as with all of them I monitor traffic etc. for my clients and listing one in this guide would explode that. I also want to keep my clients identity secret. So I decided to use a site a friend was renting and have been revamping a new site for her. So the example, is a real example and one that a friend of mine has used since November 2008. She has since been pulled off that and I am currently working on something else for her, so I could use the example here, as it is a real example! It was also ranked top page within 7 days! ; ) I hope that answers your question! As far as the niche list, that is a list of as many niches as I could find. I have yet to explore even a tiny part of that obviously, but the whole point of it being so vast is to open up new niches to online marketers whom may not of even thought about a certain niche! It isn't a list of tried and tested niches. I have touched in the guide though on niches I have worked with successfully! Awesome review though Andrew, and honest as I like it! Also I am glad you find it helpful! Thanks Demond, Joe & SpotMarketing - Thank you for your kind words, its greatly appreciated! GoGetta |

I'm re-reading it - building more sites (registered some domain names yesterday) - someone in the original thread mentioned a 30 day free trial offer. Wondered what you thought of that idea, would like to see more about that concept. I too thought the niches were WAY too many - I'm looking at who's spending money on advertising and NOT mentioning websites. |

Hi momwow, As far as a 30 day trial, that is a personal preference! Myself, I wouldn't do it. If you pick a popular niche meaning you have enough business owners to target, you can always move on to someone else. If this isn't an option then maybe offer a 30 day money back guarantee. The fact is, if you give somebody a 30 day trial, they are not going to give the website there full attention because they haven't paid for it. They will just be thinking, well if it works it works, if it doesn't "who cares!" If they put money down, even if it is a small amount, they will want this to benefit them giving you the opportunity to show them, build trust in you and your knowledge, giving yourself a better chance of upselling and keeping the customer. What you need to remember is, the company you are speaking to didnt get a free trial where you found them advertising? So why should you give them one? It can devalue your service by offering it for free! I hope that makes sense! The offline niche list is a huge list I agree! This wasn't a list of hungry niches, it was a list to get you thinking outside the box. You don't have to just target high paying niches like realtors, attorneys, dentists etc. like many do! There is a wealth of opportunity and that is what that list is opening!! Believe me when I say, MANY OF THEM ARE COMPLETELY UNTAPPED! ![]() I hope that answers your questions! Any more, just ask! Could this system be set up to work so that there isnt any offline contact with business owners - eg phone contact, one on one's etc ? Eg : Rental sites marketed by via email, online listings, offline postcards etc ? Could it work this way ? |

Hi Bobcat, I am sure you would be able to do this in some way, although it would be hard to make sales. When you take your offer to an offline business owner you will find it super hard to try and get a decent fee without having human contact or communication. Its all about trust! Although I think you could probably mould this system into a non human contact system but your results wouldn't be as good in my honest opinion! HTH GoGetta |

I was only explaining that I was going to build a site in their niche's to rent out once built, this was whilst I was working on my day job (non IM) NOW GOT £300 pm starting 1 july, may not be a great deal to some but I am smiling like a cheshire cat at the moment (Big grin for you non UK people) Any way I got 3 sites to build and get to the top of Google, so back to work. Thanks again Jamie. |

Hi Jaime, Does your product include how to price out the rented website? I'm assuming the more demanding a niche (such as Dentists, etc.) could command a premium? Also, I guess if the keyword is expensive to buy through PPC one could charge the business owner more? Also, in one's local market do you suggest we only allow ONE offline biz to rent for their industry? I apologize for asking questions but I've purchased many other offline WSO's and it's frustrating that not many are sharing their pricing models. Thanks, Dennis |

Hi Dennis, I have outlined my starting fees within the guide yes, although not in detail! The thing is with price there are way too many variables which is why many never say what they charge. There is no set fee as every business is different, every campaign is different and its all flexible. It all depends in the job in hand. As far as your second question, YES only 1 biz per site, if you take more on it becomes a portal in my opinion. Howver, if you want to rent more than one you can do, but the value decreases as does the price! I hope that answers your questions GoGetta |
