This offer is still active and will always be active. It is only available once however but feel free to pass it on to anyone you know. Our backlogging is finally winding down and our capacity has nearly quadrupled.

But dramatically increasing our writing staff has produced a few quality issues, but so far nothing drastically bad has happened. I used the $5 trial offer to spin a sales page. Service took about 30 hours. I can tell that this isn't the targeted use for this service. Their goal is to spin the article to make it as unique as possible. My goal was to make it unique but I didn't need it to be drastically different. Maybe I should have specified that.

For articles though I would highly recommend the service but with sales copy I would stick to a professional copywriter. To be honest, I didn't expect this service to replace a professional copywriter (which charges much, much more) but I wanted to try it out.

Bottom line...the website spins articles and does it very, very well. The writers are obviously native english speakers. The grammar was very good.

Thanks for the review, and yes you can specify that in the notes. You are correct though, our service is much better for article marketing than sales pages

I really really like humanrewriter because the rewrites are superb but the only thing that I don't really like are the word spins.

Most of the time they'll do single word spins which is fine but I find that it's faster and easier at times to do phrase spins in certain situations. Usually the only time I would have to edit and tweak things are with the word spins but the rewrites are excellent and free of errors.

Can I also make a suggestion..

Can we import some of our articles just for spinning only?

I'm not sure what happened there, it's on a beefy dedicated box at rackspace, site shouldn't be going down. It's the only site on our server there too, I'll find out what's going on.

The link in the original post is an https link and thats whats causing the problems. My Firefox warned me that the was suspicious and not to trust it. I took off the s and made it a regular http link and everything was fine.

Btw... I just signed up and requested the free trial as well. I hope this works out, constantly rewriting articles gets old after a while. Would be nice to have someone you can trust to hand this off to.

I joined this service and I think that it is a really good one.
The articles are well done and very nicely re-written.

I only have one major problem with you guys. Now, I'm not sure if it is only me or are there other people experiencing this. But seems that your server response time is very very slow.

For example, It takes a very long time to login. Once I'm logged in, and I want to view my articles, sometimes it can take forever.

Again, I want to emphasize that the service is excellent, but the server is extremely slow, at least for me.

I did test using Firefox and IE8.

I have had pretty good success with the service. Have used it maybe 3 or 4 times. My only complaint? In the last month or so it seems the processing/turnaround time has gone from 24-48 hours (a month ago) to 3-6 days (as of tonight). Not only that, I used to be able to pay a little bit more for expedition. That option is no longer available. This is my only complaint though. Have my fingers crossed that it is the 3 days and not 6 for my most recently submitted articles (three of them).

5-7 days is normal for one rewrite. But I am happy with the quality of the rewrites. No grammatical errors, excellent English, and sensible sentence construction.

I found that ETA is not being observed in humanrewriter. Completion of orders have deteriorated in my past few orders. I have 2 articles ordered last week and since yesterday the ETA was 1 hour. But until now the rewrites have not been started.

I hope something can be done with this otherwise excellent rewriting service,

When i first joined Human Rewriter they were good, but thier service has deteriorated to the point where you have to wait 10+ days to get articles rewritten, they keep promising to clear their backlogs but 2 months down the line it's still the same.
If you need articles faster try another service.

Hey guys, sorry when we get busy over here I stop checking the forums. We maintain a very large active team of writers, and we had an extraordinary amount of orders come in. They have all been cleared out and we've returned to normal turnaround times.

We've built several new tools on our end to help us expand our capacity more quickly without sacrificing our quality. In the last three weeks of backlog we've more than doubled our staff.

The ETA feature is a running estimate, since we can't reliably predict exactly how long things will take all the time. The ETA may go up or down over the life of an article depending how things are progressing, but in general it is pretty accurate. Once the eta reaches 1 the article is due to be done and is near the top of our queue.

This service is really good. Maybe I was just used to the low quality of humanspinner.com but I could not be more pleased with HumanRewriter.com.

I submitted a 500 word article with a request of 5 rewrites. It took them only a few hours to finish it and the quality was nothing short of amazing. The writers were obviously native english speakers and well versed in spelling and grammar. I WILL be using this service again.

Thanks for the review. Our website does say we only hire United States based writers for a reason, our goal is to not fool around and we hold all of our writers to a high quality standard. We know exactly what you want/need from your rewrites and we always aim to provide that to you!

I use these guys and can testify to the high quality of results.

My experience is delivery times of around 10 days which I find perfectly OK. If you need rewrites for your sites done on the double, maybe you need to reorganize how you work .

With the workloads that these guys are getting (because they are good) I think 10 days is perfectly acceptable.

The rewrites are grammatically correct and simply on a level above most other rewrite services. The site interface / order process / delivery is a bonus that makes them a pleasure to work with.

Try them out, with a mindset of a 2 week delivery time. Results will not disappoint.

I think a two week delivery is reasonable, if you know that information upfront.

I purchased articles from "another" WSO that always quotes one week delivery that unfortunately usually ends up two weeks or more.

If it's high quality work, I'll wait three weeks, as long as I know the turnaround time in advance.

I am quite disapponted as I ordered some rewrites and my first rewrite looks like the writer is not native english speaker, he just spinned some same words....or used some spinning software. Most words remained same and some sentences looks like made by automatic software and dont make sense. The second rewrite was ok, with the second rewrite I am satisfied as it is surely written by a different writer.

i agree with this observation. about a month ago, out of 10 articles ordered, one or two rewrites were not up to my expectation. if humanrewriter still has this type of writers in their roster, i will probably outsource to other guys to do the rewriting for me, for now.

Just send an email to support if you ever receive a bad article and we'll take care of it right away. We have a zero tolerance policy for bad quality work here, but we're in the middle of getting our update ready to launch for the past few weeks and sometimes things like this happen.

I ordered an article rewrite and looked level spinning settings featured in the demo video. Not finding it, I thought maybe clicking order rewrites would bring me to the next page of clarification. Nope, it just ordered the article.

I emailed support and they emailed back that they no longer offer this. So I then anxiously awaited my article assuming they just added the spin sintax. Around 24 hours later my article arrived and each sentence was rewritten, but there was no spin sintax.

The demo video states shows spin syntax. The support page talks about exporting syntax, but I see no spin syntax, just an $8 rewrite of an article I paid $4 for. Am I missing something? Is there a setting to get the syntax? Once I approve the sentences, do I get the syntax? Please advise, because at this point I am not seeing a value to your service.

I emailed support and have yet to hear back. This is very concerning.

Kurt, we had many problems with word spins and even over time most of them didn't go away, so we discontinued the service temporarily. Less than 10% of our customers were using the feature yet it was causing backlog and eating up a lot of time on our end.

We're getting ready to reimplement the service in an update that's going up this week, we're using dedicated specialists to handle the word spins separate from the rewrite. This will produce much better and much more reliable results on this front. We haven't been able to update everything on the site as all of our resources are tied up in finishing the update (Which has completely new videos and support text, but they're only relevant to the updated site)

It's our goal to provide quality work, and if you ever receive anything you don't like let us know immediately and we'll fix it

I like the service but the lag time has gotten pretty bad lately. It's currently taking 6-9 days to get any rewriting job done. I'm hoping they add on more resources and clear up their back-log fast because I really wanna use them more.

I submitted a test article 2 days ago. It won't work very well as a test article, because I'll have to wait 6 - 9 days.

Too risky for me to wait that long. I know it's TOUGH to recruit writers so I sympathize with any staffing issues you have.

If it ever speeds up - to say 2 days - could you PM me and let me know? I'll leave my $37 bucks there and look for other options in the meantime.

I've been a regular client of humanrewriter.com for the past year. all the service they provided me has been good up until now. about 3 weeks ago, they had an issue with receiving my emails, which they stated "it's been fixed" by their IT dept. And since, i've emailed them 5 times requesting a reply to the new articles i send them to rewrite. No response has been made. I know that my emails are getting through, as i also used my gmail account to email them, and it did get through to them previously. I'm really not sure as to the reason for their abrupt silence from both Angel Hill, and Tom Filemore...but it's really unacceptable for them to ignore my emails. So far, i've spent over $3500 since June 2009.

And the frequency is has been consistent. I'm not sure if they view me as a "small fish" in their busy world, but i firmly believe if you no longer wish to do business with someone, to just bow out politely instead of ignoring emails for work. So, i'm here for two reasons: first, to let them and the rest of the community here know about their practices, and lack of response, and also, to see if there are other human content rewriters services that are comparable in humanrewriter.com's pricing (or if not better) that you can be kind enough to provide references?

i have searched the internet and found many, but do not wish to go through a process of learning who's dependable, and who's not. we have alot of work we can contract out consistently.

we currently write 50 (500 word) articles per week and are ramping up to doubling that figure within the next 2-3 months. each article we have written 2 new versions of the original. So, we are looking for community advice on which service (other than humanrewriter.com, of course) we can move forward and give our business to.

Tom, Angel, i've also tried calling the number posted on the yellowdotsoftware paypal email account of yours: 850-597-1270, and it does not work. you should really offer a phone contact number to your clients just so they can try and reach you should you NOT RECEIVE EMAILS. It's really odd, that they are in the software development business, and have a hard time receiving emails. really difficult and odd to be in business that way. But i guess reading between the lines, my business is not worthwhile for them. I can honor that, so i'm looking elsewhere.
