To keep this somewhat private, here is one sentence from a support email I sent them. Basically my article ETA's keep getting reset and pushed out. How is that unless they pick and choose who goes the the front of the line? Quote:

Their premium service is a joke. Not a single article has been submitted in over six weeks. I have 200 articles just sitting there waiting...

Yeah, same here. Canceled it already. And they now also have a 12 day backlog on rewrites. Started as a great service. But as it is at the moment, it's really not usable! At least for me and my business needs. Dan |

Lead-time up to 17 days, asked for a refund. Can't deal with that lead-time and they said it wasn't going to change anytime soon. Will be interested to see what response they give this time.

Discovered this thread. Read through every post. Interesting to watch the growth and ultimate "demise" of the company. I wonder where the OP went.. |

I just had them do half a dozen rewrites for me. I uploaded the articles on 29th October and had my rewrites on the 1st November. They're currently saying up to 48 hour turnaround time, which matches my experience. That doesn't help with the affiliate issue, but they're still there, and they're obviously still writing.

Seems like human rewriter is having some staffing problems at the moment. Current backlog is rediculous (nearly 1 month). Also there are lots of former human rewriter employees complaining about how the company treated them. It appears that many writers with high acceptance rates get let go once the backlog has been cleared. Its a shame because it looks like an excellent service. Its very popular which is why the backlog is so big (cant even buy credits anymore). Does anyone know of some good alternatives? |
