Briefly, this is a true story reported in a case decided here in California a couple months ago. A claim was made that a person owed about 30 grand.

Ten years later, the pursuing attorney had managed to leverage that up to almost $1.5 MILLION in attorney's fees and costs, taken the guy's house, collected several hundred thousand dollars, forced him into bankruptcy, garnished his wages, and SUED HIS WIFE to prevent her from receiving money from her husband.

Yeah, I'm dead serious when I tell Warriors they're risking more expense, distress, headaches, and sleepless nights than they can ever imagine by ignoring their legal risks.

But first, let me say I've been a little cranky lately dealing with a bunch of bogus WSO offers that have sucked-up a lot of my time. I know it has unfortunately carried over into a few posts. Sorry about that.

I've also been trying to help some Warriors straighten-out and understand a few legal issues.

Doing so made realize many Warriors, especially newer ones, are not using legal disclaimers and terms - even though they know their actions are risky, or if they are using terms the terms are so bad their offer might as well be an invitation for lawyers to sue them into bankruptcy (and take their house, sue their spouse, etc.).

Even legitimate offers and websites by many Warriors are unnecessarily exposed. Friends - you're playing Russian Roulette with your livelihood if you only focus on the sale and forget about legal issues.

Especially if you have money, or hope to make money. Then you have a huge bulls-eye painted on your back.

So I'm taking action to help you take action:

First, for a limited time I'm reopening a WSO that ran 3 years ago. The Webmaster's Legal Guide. A lot of Warriors got it then, and a lot of Warriors need it now.

For now, you absolutely have to protect yourself. It can be surprisingly easy, and this will not run you thousands of dollars.

And if you don't know me, I'm not Shawn Casey, someone with a law degree who possibly has never stepped foot in a courtroom. I've litigated about every online marketing issue imaginable, and I deal with this stuff every day.

Hi All,

I just happened to see this WSO and first off you should know that I was not asked to throw in my two cents. However having said that here it is.

I've had this WSO for quite a while now (I might be one of the first ones to get it) and use it whenever I write an ebook. I probably should use it more on my sites/blogs etc. Brian releasing it again is my wake up call.

This is something all of us should have. It's peace of mind in a PDF and RTF.

Just get it.

I've been doing business online for 11 years, and I am of the opinion you can never be too safe. Even though I have legal documents on all my websites, I purchased this WSO because the better armed you are the safer you'll be.

Yes, it includes actual terms.

I explain in non-lawyerly language what different types of terms mean (at least I try to) and, I think more importantly, why you need them.

Sample terms are then provided.

The goal is to provide terms you can actually use, plus the knowledge to know why you are using it so you can modify it or even decide not to use a particular term if it doesn't fit your needs.

The main guide is a pdf for readability. However, a second rtf copy is provided so you can easily copy, modify, do whatever you want with sample terms.

This was written with the US in mind. I think it would have value for UK residents and there have been other UK Warrior purchasers.

There is one particular area, the 'How to Win Lawsuits BEFORE They are Filed' which is 'generally' applicable worldwide.

That is really important and was the original genesis of the WSO because many of the free legal terms available on the net have this backwards and, as mentioned on the info page, I have seen this mistake cost companies hundreds of thousands of dollars.

However, this is with the caveat that there might be an important UK law that I am not aware of which could require additional or modified language. I don't think so, but have to make that caveat.

I jumped all over this great WSO! Living in one of the most litigious countries in the world this is a must have if you're serious about your business.

These docs will not only protect your business legally but save you money in attorney fees. I had an attorney friend help me with a disclaimer for my ebooks since it would have cost me $150-250 to have an attorney provide me with one but I've been flying solo or with the online generated terms for my websites--so this pure gold here.

To have these all done would have cost me a lot more than the $150-250 for the disclaimer so for $35 this is a no-brainer. Plus it's nice since Brian understands the Internet/information marketing business. My attorney friend didn't really understand what I do. She kept thinking it was porn.

Anyway, thanks for the great deal for warriors. I'm going to update my sites right away.
