I am getting: Import Failed: Exception of type 'System.OutOfMemoryException' was thrown

I tried to find a solution in both manuals, but am unable to find it.
I am able to import other templates.

Judy,

You may be running a bit older version of XSP2.
Open up XSP2, go to Help, and then Check for Updates. Update to the latest version, and you should be good to go.
