Hey Adam, I've answered this a billion times, but that's OK

There's really no way to tell if this will SINGLE HANDEDLY do that, unless it was the only thing you were doing on your site in terms of SEO, then that's the only way you'd be able to tell (and due to the nature of this 'method' it could take a while to find out)

Lusi it all depends, it's impossible to explain why it would vary from day to day and why it can take a bit to "kick in" without exposing the whole technique, but I can't offer an EXACT number unfortunately, wish I could!
