The guide is mainly centralized around acquiring good names handregged as well as from other sources and different ways to sell them. Since it is a beginners guide I have not covered the aspects of contacting the end user.

The maximum amount I have flipped a domain for is in the mid $xxx range. I however cannot specify the domain name and this name is not mentioned in the report as a case study. I do acquire domain names around the same price range(mid $xxx) on a regular basis. I cater to the extreme low end buying domains at $.79c and selling them for $6-10 as well as acquiring $8 names and flipping them for $50-100 (i.e the mid range).

As a beginner one can expect to build a good portfolio and a solid platform to enter the domain marketplace. If you already own a sizable portfolio and are already at namepros and DNforum then you are not a beginner .
