Yes, you would maybe want to add a new introduction to each of these articles and then rewrite the body in some fashion if you wanted them to pass copyscape.

It sounds like these are very high quality articles, but I'm confused about the number of searches you're getting for the terms you listed above. I did a quick Wordtracker search on a few of them and didn't come up with nearly the number of daily searches as you have listed. Am I missing something...? I have no doubt that the PPC costs for these terms are high, but I'd like some clarification on the search parameters you used if you would be so kind.

Okay, BIG Oops. Those numbers come from the Google AdWords tool which reports searches/12 month period. Kinda big difference

I believe it's the monthly - not the yearly average. Commons sense will tell you for example that more than 1,000 people will need to find a DUI Defense Attorney in a year.
