This is one thing that I can not do. I can't guarantee you'll make money but what I can guarantee is my professional honest opinion. Whatever keyword I supply or help find ,is a keyword I would use myself but I'm prepared to "give" it away in this service. Plenty of niches in the sky.

This is why I suggest you work on more than 1 site. Preferebly 2-3. I'm not saying this to "MAKE" pay more but it's a diversification method.

Simple fact, not all your sites will make money straight away. I have about 6 sites, all indexed but I can only see most of the sales from 3 websites. The other 3 are playing around in the Search engine indexes trying to settle down.

The more you pump out the more chance you make money. It's a numbers game. More sites = more $$$

I just set up one site now. Just to get the feel of what are the things to be done. I was certainly spending 80% of the time for finding the keywords and niche.

2. Domain is identified using the keyword we agree on

3. You supply the domain name and install wordpress on it. If you don't know how, get some webspace,purchase the domain and pm the login/pw and I can set it up for you.

4. Yes you will need to get your own hosting account. I guess we can work out some sort of hosting package (not recommended though)

5. The work on your side is to go through the training and start the SEO process. My service is to just get you guy started.

I'm just outside London, phew it's very hot here today isn't it. My computer is over heating.

Anyway I Signed up for Nicks WSO a few days ago, and have had my head down on this ever since. Have set up my first wordpress site (with help of hubbie), and whilst its not rocket science, it sure aint easy when you are starting from scratch. As they say ..everything is easy when you know how to do it. So three days later we are still working on our first, trying to get it indexed etc. Its been really great fun, and I love the whole concept, and am enjoying it. (Don't know about hubbie)

Anyway to get to my point, I am really interested in your service, I really want to keep setting them up myself, and working on them, but I also like the idea of having some of them done for me in paralell, whilst I am learning and getting up to speed.

I want to do the keyword research myself, and offer you the keywords, your views on them would be great though, and that in itself would be an education.

So just one quick question to you (this involves my keyword research).

I have found some great niches and keywords but something that I'm not clear about is this: I have found some great low competition keywords that involve plurals. So its like this: only an example

coloured witches broomstick (competion a bit higher than I would like) but
coloured witches broomsticks (good search and less competition and doable in my book)

So heres the thing, If I went for coloured witches broomsticks, would I also be up against the result for coloured witches broomstick? Or would I truly only be up against the plural version that I would be targetting in the first place.

I do hope this makes sense. It's just I have found some nice ones that I would like to target using my keyword tool, and then notice that the non plural was far more competitive in some cases which made me think.

Phew, I'm even hotter now. Need to go and cool down.

Do you INSTALL wordpress, and then set up the site(s) in those packages?

I already have a dozen domain names in a particular niche I plan to attack. What will really help me is outsourcing both the blog installation and the setup as described in pkg #3.

If installation is NOT what you are including in the advanced packages, then what is it that you are offering... simply setup on more than one blog that I have already installed and made ready for posting?

So yes you can send me a list and I will use my professional honest opinion. You wont have to worry about your keywords getting "lost" because I play nice!

In answer to your question and from my experience, if you search the keyword in singular and see that you have stiff competition, and

if you search it in plaural and you notice the same sites you saw with singular, I'd avoid.

I can do wordpress installation if you want. I would need your cpanel log in details so that can be done. Before I do that you will have to supply the domain name and change the DNS to your hosting account.

Maintaining it is easy, all you have to do is follow the NMCP. Thats all there is to it. I don't know of the plugin that uses Clickbank and Amazon. It might make the site profitable depending on the product. If its a weight loss product on clickbank then possibly a Amazon exercise product ?
It all depends on keywords though eg the keyword "lose weight product"

I can't give you profit estimates as it depends on product etc. I usually find niche keywords that cost above $50- sometimes upto $200. What I cant guarantee is whether they make a sale and thats why I advise to create many sites (not for my profits) but for chance of making a sale.

All I can do is find the demand, assess first page competition and make a calculated risk (that I would take myself) whether it converts or not is the world of internet marketing. Pump out enough sites, you'll at least make a buck or 2 which should tell you that it's a numbers game.

It's not really hard as all your doing is creating another site. My service will make it so much easier for keyword research. WOW sometimes I think why am I giving all my keywords away so cheap...I guess I love you guys to much

I need time to do keyword research which take a whole day or 2 for a handful of customers.

Its worth the wait, because all keywords are buying keywords with at least 1000 monthly search volume, has amazon product, has domain name.

I also bought the big package and got 6 good websites out of the deal. Michael was very good at keeping me in the loop and letting me know what I needed to do each step along the way. He even came back in and updated my sites using my flexsqueeze template!

Well worth the cash. 6 sites for $97? Add in your domain name cost and that still works out to less than $25 a site. It's a no-brainer.

Yes I do that aswell, many customers provide keywords which I manually approve of. So yes I'll look at your 13 keywords, run it through my software and do some further assessing to see if I believe it's rankable.
