Elmer is a friend and he gave me this tool to try out. Well, after taking it for a run around the block, I can tell you that I would have happily paid a lot more than what he and his partner are asking. Why?

I'm doing some research for some new guides I want to create in another niche. So, I opened the IM Research Power Tool. That was surprise number one -- NO INSTALLING. It was just there, and it started first kick.

I typed in a phrase.

And then I started clicking. Within seconds I had a ton of data in my browser -- the trends, the domains using the phrase, Clickbank, Amazon, You Tube videos, Yahoo Answers ......

All places that I would have had to individually search, taking probably 5x as much time. And, since there were a number of phrases I needed to research for this niche, this meant the difference between slogging away for a long day OR sitting down for an hour or soo and getting it all done.

Another great thing: I always have to remember the way to set up a pdf only search, or other such specialized searches. Not here. Click the radio button and hit the search button.

Forums are a snap. No going to the forum and using their search boxes (which are not always functional anyways).

A BIG, BIG TIMESAVER.

PS: I found some books the other day with this tool that are going to make a very big difference in a new project. FANTASTIC.

I like doing research. Seriously. I don't know why, but once I start mining the depths of the web, I have a hard time stopping.

That is correct. This tool is for PCs running Windows. It is not designed for a Mac. There may be a way to get Windows programs running on Macs, but we cannot provide support for those that try.

First we'd like to thank each of you that purchased IMRPT. Use it in good health.

We've had several questions regarding Mac compatibility. As Tom stated above since IMRPT is built for PC's we are unable to offer Mac support.

Having said that, I asked my son ( a self employed graphic artist and major Machead) to install it on his G-5 PowerPC with "VirtualPC" emulator.

He did and said it was perfectly functional.

Drew also provided this link to all things about Mac/PC marriages:

Here are his comments:

This has pretty much ALL OF THEM, including the free ones. "Virtual PC" is owned by Microsoft, but it works on PowerPC Macs (in other words, the ones sold before they switched to the Intel processor).

However, any Mac with an Intel processor can run Windows, either through a separate partition, or with one of the programs listed on the link.

Thanks so much, this tool has come in a nick of time for me. Spent half an hour playing with it before remembering I wanted to come back here and post.

I did have to laugh at myself though, because when I went to downloads - I couldnt find my product.... until I realized that because of Steven's post, I was looking for "...Get This tool!..."

There may be a way to get Windows programs running on Macs, but we cannot provide support for those that try.

I have a Mac and purchased the Parallels system so that I could use windows as well. It does work out a bit pricey, because in addition to buying Parallels you also have to buy Windows - But it is really worth it. With the help of Spaces I am able to go back and forth between Windows and Mac at will.

Parallels allows Windows to sit on top of Mac as a virtual machine.

In case anyone else has the same question as Rajul we included "Million Dollar Phrases" as the final page (pg. 21) in the IM Research Power Tool User Manual. I PM'd Rajul with this info a few minutes after his post appeared.

It's perfectly understandable why it was missed.

When you receive the IMRPT zip file, unzip it and look at the contents you'll see three things:

1. The IMRPT program
2. IMRPT User Manual
3. CBSupremacy "The ClickBank Hot Picks Report"

You'll probably open the user manual PDF and read far enough to install the program. That will take you a minute or two--to read and install.

As soon as the program pops up you'll likely look at it and say, "I don't need no stinkin' user manual."

That's pretty much the fact. IMRPT is so intuitive you can look at the interface for about 5 seconds and you're ready to go.

For the record, we've had two support requests, including Rajul's, on this program. The other one was a guy who lost the file somewhere on his computer. Something we've all done on occasion.

PPS. Somewhat off topic but essential to your--and our--success. Communication is important. Tom and I live about 30 miles from each other. We have a long running Skype Chat running. Had an interesting discussion with another Warrior much, much earlier today. She thought IMRPT was primarily about ClickBank. (Apparently she's not enamored with CB.) She decided not to buy it based on that assumption.

Let me put that idea to rest now. While one--and only one--of the search buttons is a direct connection to the CB Marketplace that is only one feature of this intuitive and powerful search utility.

(Even if you don't particularly care for CB it's still a great place to scope out the competition.)

The ability to do "inurl" searches by "file type" is a big plus.

Not having a "blue million" windows cluttering up your workspace lessens aggravation and possibly reduces blood pressure. (Disclaimer: We are not medical professionals and do not offer medical advice. Use of IMRPT, while possibly addicting, may or may not have an effect on your blood pressure)

Having software that doesn't screw up your computer is a major benefit.

I've just run IMRPT though it's paces!
What a really neat program this is.

For example - I've just spent two hours manually searching for something my kid needed to do for homework. Soo Frustrating.

I entered the same phrase into IMRPT and BAM! instant result. I am REALLY impressed.

So, I started playing a little with it, and I'm hooked. I even used it to check all search engine and forum listings of my products to make sure there were no illegal sellers or downloads listed out there. (Bet you hadn't thought of that one!)
