I see the value in the ammount of keyword rich content that Article Stalker can harvest. I just need to understand a little bit better how it works.

An autoposter that uses RSS e.g. from an article directory searches for new items in the rss feeds and as the new items (articles) appear, it posts them to a blog. So there is a flow of new items to a blog.

Let's say I harvest 1000 articles for a given keyword using Article Stalker and article stalker creates a feed from it. Is the principle of pulling new items from that feed same as it were the feed from article directory? I mean, I have now 1000 articles somewhere, but I need the system to pull a couple of them at a time and post to my blog. Does it work in that way?
Will you explain?

Article Stalker harvest the articles and creates a rss feed for autoposting thats it.

I designed Article Stalker to be used for any autoposter out there that uses rss feeds

Many people already own rss feed posters that can utilize the rss feeds

In addition there is several free solutions for posting rss feeds to blogs, just have to Google.

So in essence you have 2 different things happening in your question each piece is not tied into each other for self updating.

Once you have inserted the 1000 articles into your autoposter, the poster will schedule out the posting into the future.

I use my own poster Slick which I am running a WSO presently, I add my articles into Slick then I have it schedule out the articles over time. I may not have to add any new articles for several months when this happens I go to Article Stalker pick more articles then add the RSS feed into Slick and then I set for another long period of time.

You add as many articles into the autoposter for the amount of time you wish to have a hands off solution for posting into a blog.

I hope this answers your questions if not continue to ask.


As for how many computers you can install Article Stalker that is up to you but I don't see why you would want to do this, you are building up your own database of articles to pull from. Having Article Stalker installed somewhere else is only more work for you building up a database.

Yes you only need one installation

and once you create a RSS feed then you can use the RSS feed any where you please

The RSS feed becomes independent of Article Stalker once it is created.

There is no tie to Article Stalker with the RSS feed.

In order to do updates you will have to go to Article Stalker find the relevant articles to fit your niche then create a new RSS feed and again insert it where needed.

Just a note: Once you insert the RSS feed into lets say Wordpress in almost all cases it is scheduled in the future post part of Wordpress. If you were to go and look at all scheduled post you will see the articles all ready to be posted in the future.

Just wanted to throw in my two cents about this product.

Article Stalker works exactly as described and I can see numerous uses for it. Initially my aim was just to use this on feeder blogs, but with the results Ed has shown I'll probably end up using it to supplement a few money blogs as well.

The script itself is easy to install and just as easy to use. Everything is well laid out and the interface is pretty intuitive. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for content to add to their blogs.

And with the improvements Ed has planned this will only get better.

Lets break down your questions

Many people have plr on their pc's I include a tool to convert your articles into rss feeds so SLICK can post the articles

Article Stalker only gathers the articles so you can work with them at a later time, it does not post to blogs

I created Article Stalker so people with other autoposters can use what they already are using

To answer your question

If you have the RSS tools to post then I don't see why Article Stalker feeds will not work

What you do with Article Stalker is find a list articles by keyword select the articles you wish to post then create a rss feed and each article becomes an item in the feed, this is correct as you see it

the drip feed is done by your tools

you are right on but then coming from someone who understood RSS feeds before they ever became popular I couldn't expect anything different

On the list of available articles it would be great if you had an option of selecting articles by 10, 20 30, 40 50 or something like this, this way we don't have to click on each one of them until we get to the 200 allowed.

Correct no dedicated needed

Host Gator is fickle, you never know what they will do

Article Stalker runs on host gator accounts but I can't guarantee their actions

Far as I know it does not place a load on the server, but host gator is famous for shutting down accounts for automated software

My suggestion if you want to run automated software of any type is to get away from host gator there is much better hosting out there for automated software

host gator creates the greatest amount of support tickets for me than any other hosting company out there

If you decide to run this on host gator and your concerned about this do so at your own risk, so far none of the accounts have been shut down so I guess its no problem

press the shift key down and click the last article you wish to collect

You can collect any amount of articles without clicking each check box off

Interested in this product but just can't get a handle of how to use it.

I buy the program, install it on Hostgator, and then run it. I've seen the demo so let's say it finds 6,000 articles - are 6,000 articles then saved to Hostgator? If so how long does this take?

Once I have the articles can I view them? Confused as to the ability to select some for publication - how to do it?

you don't have to sit there and wait, it will continue to collect after you close your browser, so if you come back a while later you should be seeing articles in your database

I recently purchased Ed's Article Stalker program and was having difficulties getting it to work on my server. I sent a message to Ed last night and this morning received a phone call from him.

Ed called up to offer his help personally and in fact did the install on my server for me! He could have stopped there and I would still have been extremely grateful and shocked at the high level of customer support he provided. But he didn't stop there...

Ed spent about an hour on the phone with me showing me exactly how the program worked and giving me ideas on how I could best use it for my internet business. He gave a very thorough explanation and offered some great ideas. Then, he asked me if I had any other questions or needed help with anything else.

Ed then basically gave me an additional 30 minutes of me picking his brain, trying to learn his method of operations and anything else that would benefit me in my internet marketing pursuits. He was very kind and seemed very eager to help. I learned more from that hour long phone call than I have from reading forums the last couple months.

I got off that phone call and was a little shocked. I was shocked that someone as busy as Ed is would take so much time to help a customer of his when he could have just as easily written me off. It was refreshing to have someone care so much that his customer was happy with their purchase and that they were successful. I only wish all sellers of internet marketing products were as helpful or genuinely concerned as Ed has shown.

I just want to make clear what Article Stalker is

Article Stalker only gathers the articles, organizes them and formats them as RSS feeds so they can be use by other posting software.

Article Stalker does not post to a blog.

You will need a Blog Autoposter, there are free and paid ones available.

It takes the RSS feed generated by Article Stalker and will use a Wordpress feature to make post in the future using the RSS feed to make post.

I made Article Stalker so you have the flexibility to use any Blog Autoposter that uses RSS feeds to make post other than my Slick Autoposter if you choose so.

I have heard of others using non spun content getting sandboxed or even delisted after about 6 months. Is there any reason to believe these posts wont suffer the same result eventually?

This has not been the case for me

I have been doing duplicate content for years

what do you think syndication is all about

I can only speak from my experience but my results vary from month to month

many pages do well then they shift, many disappear and traffic slows then all of a sudden they do well again

Keep in mind I do no linking to these blogs they stand on their own

I have done it both ways spinning content and just posting content as is

I get the same results

Even sites that are 100% unique content get similar results

It all depends on many factors and content is just one piece of the puzzle also this is one strategy I use I don't depend 100% on doing this I use them as one piece of my overall strategy in getting many pages out there.

This is normal that was a while ago, the blogs rank for different keywords today

Keep in mind the blogs are getting ranked mainly for content

They are test blogs, the Domain name is not optimized, I have done no linking

So I would expect the rankings to change perfectly normal for no SEO optimization.

I got in, the concept of keyword rich articles is intriguing.... These articles should be much more targeted than the standard methods. Now to combine this method with others I know about.

A quick question, are you aware of any plugin that can automatically replace keywords with cloaked affiliate links? I'm not lazy, but I want to scale this system.

I have a problem with categories stalker. After I select categories and subcategories and let it run to import articles. After it shows "scrape complete", I click "show details". All articles show up with the title but there is no button for rss feeds or download. I don't know how I can download and save articles to my computer. Can you please kindly check ?
