What It Does

transaction all went well...got the email...clicked the link...nice looking DL page w/contact info...clicked the link...and "file not found" . . . just not what I want in this type of product as it failed to "deliver the goods"

Refund delivered and I have a copy of your download letter so I don;t need you to give it to me. As I suspected, you purchased before I fixed the bug. When I was testing, I did not create any products that had a dash in the item #. When I created the Warrior Special Offer, I assigned it an Item # of QPP_DOWNLOAD-Warrior.

Since I use the dash as a delimiter when encrypting the file name for download, the presence of the dash in the item number threw the encryption routine for a loop. I have since fixed that but, sadly, not before you purchased. I am emailing the repaired version to you. Please keep it as my gift to help compensate for your frustration.

Thanks for working with me to get the issues sorted out.

All along it was my hosts problem with my upload limit - I edited my .htaccess file to up the download limits and bingo! Its good to go.

Now that my install is working perfectly, it will be a great secure timesaver for my sites as its so easy to use.

I can't believe how low a price you are selling your software for - you must be bananas!

Ok, enough, end of the story;

Me myself, some like to say 'newbie' who had just started to step into this field,
knowing nothing but heard a lot of buzz between those 2 scripts,
namely Rapid Action Profit and DLGuard.

In fact, after reading their salespage they're pretty much has everything that everyone wants...
but it make hard... it make it hard especially to me in some way or another.

I don't have that enough investment to throw into (yes, I’m still a student) and...
higher learning curve would be even more troublesome (DLG - exception okay).

Don't get me wrong, I have passion for internet marketing but I even more in love with educational books...
thus, learning two different things would make it even harder.

and I’ve kept thinking a lot before decided that I would finally opt for QPPDownload Management Solution.

Here's my experience as their customer:

Firstly, newbie who wants to work up to their first profit as product vendor must love this.... damn CHEAP.

Secondly, it's so damn EASY to setup. Everything is like a breeze of wind.

Thirdly, if I encounter a problem (as a newbie, not on the side of the script), she would be more than happy to guide me all along the way from A-Z.

i have only just come across your product and looks like what i been looking for. Basically i want to sell my songs online securely with expiring links so they cannot be shared etc.
i am a newbie and use Serif Webplus to design my sites. i don't have any php or html programing skills and so need a simple to install/use and maintain software that will enable me to automate the selling and delivery process. Having said that, i have hopes of setting up a larger site later on which (if it goes well) could have lots of traffic and downloads of mp3's and perhaps video clips too.
Will your software handle large capacity and is it easy as pie for me to work with?

It will handle "unlimited" files with the only limits being those imposed by your hosting provider regarding available file size and maximum file download size.

I have been working on an upgrade for some time, and am closer to releasing it than ever. Quite a few new features. You will be eligible for a free upgrade when it is ready. I am targeting the end of January, but no promises as to that date yet.

Did you read the docs? Did you make sure your file permissions are correct? Did you follow the installation instructions? Please read the docs carefully. If you still can't add products, contact me with your FTP information and I'll install it for you.

I know the products works, I've sold too many for it not to and I use it myself.

I'm not offended. What support email address did you use? What was the exact message you received for the returned email?

Back to my original questions. Did you check your file settings? What error message do you get when you try to add a product?

I'd rather solve this issue for you in the thread in case others have them as well.

I've added all the permissions, my file uploads (and btw, its HUGE), and then it redirects me back to the main page, then I click edit products, and there aren't any products to edit?

Sounds like you are exceeding your PHP file upload limit. Read this article or contact your hosting provider.

Since you were successful adding a smaller file, the issue is surely the PHP file upload limit. As long as it's not over 10MB, your host should be able to deal with it for you.

Please cancel the PayPal complaint.

Unanswered Questions:

What support address did you use to reach me?
What was the exact bounce message you received.

As far as pasting the HTML in BB code, I've never done that an I'm not sure how to. Try a post in the coder's forum, or just link them to your sales page or the checkout page.
