Even I don't know whether images are from stockphot or not
(because my designers make them),
but I don't think stock photo have any issue with that, if that's
truly what happen, because what I am selling is not the photo.
But the themes.

It's natural to have stock photo on every design we make.
As long as you don't sell the image only, that's not a problem.


All of these themes are fully mine, because my designers make
them just specially for me. I paid them for a big amount.

Yes, me myself as the original owner, if you buy now, you have the rights
as I restrict on each kind of license.

I always be extra careful when dealing with stock images,or any
images on my design.I will double check the license of the image that
I get.

Usually I will go for public domain images.There are lots of them
on the internet.

hm, thanks a lot for your help.

so far, I see that stockxpert is no different compared
to stock photo. It's still a huge amount of money
to buy the extended images for resale along with.

If that's the case, then I can't resell my themes at this
price, & maybe $97 for every buyer. Seriously. Hoho

This is my first time selling my themes. Hahaha. That's
why I do this mistake.

BigStockPhoto.com is the only stock photo agency that doesn't require
buying an extended license when you use their images in templates.

The cost per image starts at $1. You have to buy 300 credits and
download small size images to get them at this price. The higher price
is $2.50 per image.

If you use a particular image in 2 different designs, you must buy
2 licenses for this image, etc.

When you sell templates with some rights (RR/MRR/PLR), you must
flatten the images with other layers so they can't be extracted from
the designs.

Other solution: Using public domain images (usually free).

iStockPhoto, StockXpert, Fotolia, etc.: extended license is $70-200
per image.


Your "ahahah's" are not appropriate at all. This matter is very serious.

You and your customers run the risk to be fined if you or they
are caught using images illegally. The fine can be as high as several
10,000 of dollars.


If you can't afford to buy stock images (with extended license when
required), then don't sell any product that include this type of images.
