In one of PDF files in the OTO package, you recommended us to buy a software. The statement said "I've recently partnered with the software developer and he's allowed me to make a very special offer to my Restaurant ORM Marketing Kit customers."

This statement is misleading. I checked the Warrior Plus, the same product is still selling at the same price as your "Very Special Offer" price.

I just purchased the WSO and the OTO. Overall, the quality is great, but there are a couple of problems for us in the USA. The monitor, map, and some other references don't include the USA.

There's something called Live Bookings (two words) in the infographic that is confusing. I was thinking it meant someone walked into the restaurant and booked for a later time and day. From my reading, it is a site called LiveBookings (never heard of it in the USA). Can you do modifications for us to make it usable? I think there's a problem as it exists now. Nice overall. ART

Hi Art,

I'm glad you like the quality of the material.

Adding global statistics certainly should not preclude using these with prospects in the USA. In fact, the various stats are there to show demand and growth around the world so ANY restaurant can understand the need for ORM services - no matter where you are. When I was designing this package, I specifically asked my researcher to provide stats from a variety of countries - not just the USA - to make these tools even more powerful.

Regarding LiveBookings - it is a white label online reservation platform used by thousands of restaurants around the world - including the USA. As stated in the material, they are the source for some of the statistics in the report, presentation and infographic. It's the large number of restaurants that use this platform that makes the statistics they provided useful and relevant.

That said, both the report and powerpoint are editable and you are of course welcome (and encouraged) to add more statistics or examples specific to your local area as well.

Thanks for the quick response. Open Table I'm familiar with, so I'll have to research LiveBookings. One other thing for your comment is the star system. Google has dropped it and I have a review WSO that can generate stars via "rich snippets" that Google might display. Are there review/directory sites that still use stars? Your material mentions it, so I should have an answer if questioned about stars.

I clicked to the rep tool that you suggested. He still hasn't updated the QR code that should lead to a demo, and there were quite a few postings asking if the product was still being supported. The developer did post something that last week in December.

Many use "star" type ratings - including YELP, Frommer's, TripAdvisor Dining reviews (colored circles in that case, but same thing.) Please read the whitepaper, as it says where the sources for all the stats come from.

I'll provide an update about other recommended tools over the next few days - before sure to confirm your subscription to the update list if you want to know.

I personally do not need it in any other language but why not distribute the info graphic without the text, only the images, that way those who want to translate can just photoshop what they want in. Also, you won't have to worry about photo copyright issues

I don't EVER buy OTO's that increase in price with each sale, dimesales are fine for the front end but not for OTO, just greed as far as I am concerned.

I found this to be VERY lightweight, I do not like the fact that there is no PSD as I would want to remove the info about online bookings.

Online Bookings have nothing to do with Reputation Management and the last think I want to do is drive them to competitors (Open Table and LiveBookings are marketing companies).

The "bonus" PDF is just a newbie lead funnel and now you want me to subscribe for more affiliated links, I don't think so.

I can see why you do not offer refunds.

Thanks for the reply James, I have no problem with aff links, it is how this industry is funded and does not affect the price paid.

I do have a problem if you can complete a WSO tactic without buying either OTO or the links, this is not the case here, you refer to a couple of WSO's which may be helpful to newbies.

For WSO's, to me it is all about VALUE; if you give enough value people will make sure they click on your links to reward you.

Have a look at David Cisneros and MattB, one established one new, both have totally understood the value concept of exceeding expectations. That is how you gain TRUST and that is what keeps people on your list and I am sure you know the money is in the list.

I read through the WSO whilst keeping the delivery page and upsell open, it was so lightweight that I decided not only not to buy, but to avoid your future WSO's in future.

I give feedback straight, good or bad, hopefully you can learn from it. If you over deliver on the front end people will gladly pay $27 for an upsell, but a really clever marketer knows that keeping the upsell low reinforces the trust further and gets more purchases from the list mailings.

It is refreshing to see some marketers being totally open an upfront about what they are offering and even putting the upsell on the front page.

I am not after a refund, the WSO cost me what I might pay for a coffee at an airport and most of the payment will go to the affiliate.

Of course people check online reviews, that is the pain for the restaurant, the online booking does not soothe that pain. If you have a look at the sites of OpenTable and LiveBookings you will see that they sell marketing and have a lot more authority than the newbies you seem to be pitching this at.

I hope that in time you can move from greed to actually helping people by providing something of extraordinary value.
