Is there anything worse than losing clients because your messages don't make sense? Whether it's articles or web pages, you will do well if your visitors aren't distracted by typos, grammatical errors and poor content formatting.

I will proofread your web pages, articles and reports to ensure your promotional material is error free. This includes:

reading through your project to catch grammatical errors and difficult-to-read sections
checking for improper word usage
Looking for clarity (sections that don't make sense)
Fixing typos and spelling mistakes
Correcting paragraph blocks (breaking down large blocks of text into smaller paragraphs for easier readability and comprehension)

What qualifies me to do this work?

I am a journalist who has won several related awards for writing excellence. You don't get them by producing inferior work -- from spelling and grammar to ease of readability. Over the past 20+ years, I have worked as a reporter, editor and magazine and ebook publisher. Since 1998, I have been writing articles and content for the internet.

What will it cost?

Considering the range of services I am offering, it's difficult to put one price on it. Clearly, proofing and editing a 10-20-30+ page report will cost more than editing a 500 word article.

Here are some general guides for proofing and editing services:

Pricing depends on the quality of the original article. The more work involved, the more expensive the job.

up to 500-word article : $7 - $10
1000+ word articles : $15 - $25
Small reports (10-29 pgs) : $50 - $75
ebooks (30+ pgs) : $75 - $150
web page (2 screens) : $20 - 30

Special rates will be considered for bulk projects.

Note that these are just general guidelines. Each job will be quoted according to size, difficulty of subject matter and condition of the original material.

All work is 100% Guaranteed.

PM me with your project request and include links to the material you wish to have edited.

In the case of ebooks and larger work, provide details including number of pages and topic covered and I will give you a general figure. Before a firm quote can be provided, however, I will need to see the manuscripts.

All work will be returned to you in the format of your choice, ie: word document, plain text, html, etc. If you wish, I can turn your book into an open pdf (not secured).
