I think,I've waited long enough.

It's getting ridiculousonly for just 10 articles.

You said

If you can't fulfill the order by today I'll gladly take a refund.

I ordered 40 articles 2 months ago and to date i am still waiting on 10 of them and despite PMs, Emails & skype messages i am getting no respone about when i can expect the last 10.
Very poor customer service - Unless i get a reply soon i will be wanting a refund
